Cyclone swim team take to the water in state swimming

The Elizabethton swim team made the trip to Nashville over the weekend to participate in the 2022 TSSAA State Swimming Championships.
Hitting the water with some of the best in the state, the Cyclone swimmers represented their school and community with gusto as all the swimmers improved on their times for each individual race.
The following is a result for each swimmer in their respective event:
Kody Broussard
200 Free – 50th place, dropped .28 seconds for 1:53.59
500 Free – 38th place, dropped 19.05 seconds for 5:06.32
Cadie Digby
50 Free – 36th place, dropped .56 seconds for 26.00
100 Fly – 41st place, dropped .50 seconds for 1:03.02
Morgan Roszel
200 Individual Medley – 61st place, dropped .95 seconds for 2:09.16
100 Backstroke – 50th place, dropped 2.08 seconds for 58.10
Elijah Smith
50 Free – 59th place 23.60
100 Fly – 70th place 58.84
Relays: Kody, Elijah, RJ & Liam
200 Medley Relay – 47th, dropped 1.93 seconds 1:54.66
200 Free Relay – 46th, 1:45.09
