Silverdale’s Lady Seahawks fell to Lakeway Christian, 8-7, Tuesday evening in the DII-A East Region championship. The Lady Seahawks fought back from an early deficit, but allowed three runs in the bottom of the seventh to lose to the Lady Lions.
Addi Keef, Bentlee Stiner, and Gabby Hensley all had two hits for Silverdale. Henley had a double, Katie Willoughby a triple and Kennedy Stinson a solo homerun for the Lady Seahawks.
Willoughby pitched six and one third innings, giving up four runs on seven hits, striking out three.
McCade Cooper took the loss in relief giving up three runs on one hit.
