Tennessee will hire Connecticut director of football operations Andrew Goodman in that same role, according to reports.

Goodman will replace Andrew Warsaw. He left the Vols to become South Florida's football chief of staff under Alex Golesh, the UT offensive coordinator who took the head coaching job there. Warsaw was UT's director of football operation for one season under Jeremy Pruitt and the past two seasons under coach Josh Heupel.

Goodman served as director of football operations for one season at UConn and three seasons at Brown University.

At UT, Goodman will manage the football program's budget, coordinate travel and manage the day-to-day operations of the football facility.

Tennessee Head Coach Josh Heupel eyes the game from the sideline during a game against Pittsburgh at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tenn. on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021.

From 2016-18, Goodman was the recruiting coordinator for operations and visits at Penn State. He worked under coach James Franklin and alongside current UT defensive coordinator Tim Banks.

Goodman played wide receiver at Penn State and graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain and information systems.
