Baylor School quarterback Whit Muschamp committed to Vanderbilt football on Saturday, he announced on Twitter.

Muschamp, the son of former Florida and South Carolina coach and current Georgia co-defensive coordinator Will Muschamp, is a 3-star prospect in the Class of 2024 out of the Chattanooga high school.

"Committed!!" Muschamp tweeted. "Anchor Down!"

Muschamp reported offers from several Power 5 schools, including Ole Miss, Missouri, Louisville and Virginia.

Muschamp led the Red Raiders to the Division II-AAA state championship in December, throwing 252 yards and two touchdowns in the program's win over MBA.

Muschamp is the third commitment in Vandy's 2024 recruiting class.
