The Lady Wildcats finished their third straight State appearance in eighth place. The boys finished at 26 in their first State appearance since 2005.

The Tullahoma High School cross country teams both competed in the State meet last week.
The Lady Wildcats finished their third straight State appearance in eighth place. The boys finished at 26 in their first State appearance since 2005.
The Lady ‘Cats were led in the 5,000 meter run by Ellie Uehlein with a time of 20 minutes 31.12 seconds at 27 overall. She was followed by Brindley Duncan at 38 in 20:54.21. Lexi Lester was the next finisher for Tullahoma with a time of 21:55.63 at 62. Sarah Eakin followed her at 75 with a time of 22:18.65. Then it was Audrey Sohrabi with her time of 23:05.75. Bella Rivera was the next Lady Wildcat to finish with her personal record of 23:40.47. Addie Colvin rounded out the team with her personal best time of 29:36.14.
The Wildcats were led by sophomore Lukas Price with his personal record time of 18:19.13 as the 103 finisher. Brayden Johnson followed Price at 18:39.94 for 124. Will Swiger was the next ‘Cat to finish with a time of 20:06.04. After Swiger, Jackson Ites finished with his personal best time of 20:45.84. Brady Welch was right behind him finishing at 20:59.25. The last two finishers for Tullahoma both set personal records, Everett Tinsley with a time of 21:41.59 and Kirk Tipps with his time of 21:57.92. The team's alternates Dakota Call and Major Montoye travelled with the team to the meet. The State meet only allows seven runners per team and Tullahoma had nine. Call and Montoye were a part of the season and getting the team there, so they went to support their teammates and be apart of the first trip to State since 2005.
