The Baylor soccer team defeated Westminster 3-1 in the Bob Sims soccer tournament at Westminster School in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday.
Westminster scored off a long throw in the 9th minute, making it 1-0 for Westminster at the half.

t the 58th minute, Alberth Valcarcel scored off a free kick from 20yds out.
At the 59th minute, Valcarcel scored again, this time off a Godbehere cross.
According to Baylor coach Curtis Blair, "I am not sure we could have started off any worse than we did, but we showed so much grit and fight in the soccer half. I am so proud of this group and the growth they showed so early in the season. Coach Snyder (former ND coach) does a great job with this tournament and his team."
Westminster is now 8-2-2, while Baylor is 3-0 on the season.
