Baylor hosted Notre Dame in a non region soccer match on Tuesday and the Red Raiders won, 5-2.
At the 4th minute, Baylor's Jon Ryan Godbehere scored off a cross from Heath Techasiriwan and in the 9th minute, Alberth Valcarcel scored off a penalty kick.
Notre Dame scored at the 31st minute off a breakaway and at the 38th minute, the Irish scored off a free kick, leaving it tied at 2-2 at halftime.
At the 51st, the Red Raiders Philippe Laforge scored off a corner kick, then at the 57th minute, Laforge scored again off another corner kick.
At the 75th minute, Baylor's Antonio Basart scored off a pass from Laforge.
According to Baylor coach Curtis Blair, "Coach (Jim) Schermerhorn did a great job of having his guys ready to play.
They just outworked us in the first half, and they deserved their two goals. I thought we played better in the second half, but it still wasn't good enough. We will get back to work and try to get better as we have two big games this week."
Baylor remains undefeated at 4-0, while Notre Dame falls to 0-2.
