The Baylor boys soccer team scored three goals in the second half to beat Northwest Whitfield 5-2 on the road Friday.
Baylor's Antonio Basan and Carter Weekley scored in the first half both assisted by Alberth Valcarcel.
NW Whitfield scored off a free kick just before the end of the half.
In the 53rd minute, NW Whitfield scored again off a free kick into the box to tie the game at 2-2.
Baylor's Jon Ryan Godbehere gave Baylor a 3-2 lead off a Valcarcel Cross in the 58th minute.
Basan then scored twice, once in the 74th and one in the 77th off assists from Godbehere and Marshall Bible.
"NW Whitfield has a very good team and anytime that you can win on the road, you take it," Baylor head coach Curtis Blair said. "It wasn't easy and we made it very difficult on ourselves at times, but we responded the right way. To go into Spring Break without a loss is a big accomplishment for this group. Every year, I think the schedule gets harder and harder and we challenged these players with 6 tough games and they responded well. We are looking for a break before we go and play the defending high school national champions on the road."
Baylor improves to 5-0-1 on the season.
