Hofstra transfer Darlinstone Dubar details decision to play at Tennessee

Tennessee has endured its share of transfer portal losses since the Vols’ basketball season ended, but today the Tennessee punched back, landing it’s first addition from the portal in Hofstra transfer Darlinstone Dubar.
