A second consecutive TSSAA state championship for Bradley Central — and its players showcasing their talent across three days of last month's title tournament in Murfreesboro — helped the Bearettes land two players on the Tennessee Sports Writers Association's all-state girls' basketball team.

A total of 12 players from the Chattanooga area were all-state selections in their respective classifications. Girls' honorees were released Friday, a day after the boys' team.

Earning recognition in Class 4A were Bearettes junior Harmonie Ware, who was the state tournament MVP, and sophomore teammate Kimora Fields, a Tennessee Miss Basketball finalist who averaged 23 points and nine rebounds for the 2023-24 season. Lauren Hurst, a junior at rival Cleveland who averaged nearly 15 points and 10 rebounds and helped the Lady Blue Raiders reach the state semifinals, also made the list in 4A.

Signal Mountain junior Carlee Lowry, a Miss Basketball finalist who averaged 25 points and 10 rebounds, was named in 3A. Two McMinn Central stars, senior Molly Masingale and junior Karina Bystry, were joined by Sequatchie County junior Curtlyn Lee on the 2A team.

Earning places on the Division II-A team were Boyd Buchanan junior Sarah Peyton Durham and Silverdale Baptist Academy senior Kelsie Johnson, a Miss Basketball finalist who averaged 16 points, six rebounds. The DII-AA team included Chattanooga Christian freshman Aubriyana Camp, who averaged 18.5 points, six rebounds and four assists, and eighth grader Kamora "MoMo" Moore, a Miss Basketball finalist who averaged 22 points, as well as Baylor senior Riley Oleksik, an Eastern Kentucky softball signee who averaged close to 18 points per game this past winter.
