Flippo, who averaged 14 points and 11 rebounds per game at Covenant, went to a tryout at Blue Mountain recently. He wasn't totally satisfield with how he played, so it was a surprise when Blue Mountain called and offered him a full scholarship.

"I guess they saw something they liked," he said. "I was thrilled when they offered me. I love everything about the atmosphere at Blue Mountain."
