So Mt. Pleasant and the either cascade or Jo Byrns plays their first two games at home? How about 3rd and 4th round games? Does the regions switch each year and in the fourth round which region has a home game this year btw 5/6 & 7/8 regions for semi's

I have a question that I have gotten mixed answers from people the past few weeks. I know the top two teams get a home 1st round game in the playoffs. If both regions #1 & #2 win the first round do the two #1 seeds get a secondround home game? Someone was telling me that the second round games are both at the 6A teams place? Can someone help me out with this? They said it switched every year. I just figured the #1 seeds would be at home the first two rounds. Thanks

Should be a very physical game as was this past weekend with cascade. I am really impressed with how tough mcewen is being they have such a lack of depth. That team never quit. Will be interesting to see how this one plays out. If mcewen can keep it close it could get real interesting.

How far is the drive from Murfreesboro to Jo Byrns and what is the best direction to go?

Great game tonight. I was very impressed with how physical Mcewen was being that they have alot of starters who go both ways. Nathan Armstrong is doing good. He had a little tingling in his neck but mainly was taken to the hospital for percautionary reasons. He had full movement in arms and legs which is a relief. Good luck against Jo Byrns next week. Im sure it will be a very physical game as this one was. #33 is a stud. I thought #36 was big and played well but hands down #33 was your MVP. Great game good luck the rest of the way.

Well you are a fan and you have the right to feel anyway you would like. All I know is there are good teams at the top in both regions and it all depends where you play in the second round. Looks like C' wood will be on the road and will lose in the second round. good luck the rest of the season.

Well im sure that post will get deleted. If there are more adults on here than kids why do the same childish accusations keep coming up about this team. Steroids and Cheap Shots? I think it is one thing to have some pride for your team but for players of teams to come on here and make accusations at other teams shows lack of dicsipline from the coach. I know plenty of coaches around the area in all sports who allow their players to read this info but tell them to not post messages on here but show what they can do on the field not on here. How about instead of people coming up with false information, you post what ya know to be true. What does it matter how we did when we were in region 6A? I guess if you are going to go off of how someone plays then that means we should beat Mcewen and Jo Byrns since we scored more than they did against Eagleville??? No you cant do that because each game is a whole new ballgame and judging someone on how they played two years ago is meaningless. If you get by our region 5 opponent the first week, week 2 will be collinwoods last game of the season. Keep on calling Cascade overated it does ntohing but add more fuel to the fire and motivate our players more. Being 7-0 does not mean you are overated. Go Champs

I guess it is pointless to have an intelligent conversation on here??? All I was asking from a fans persepctive was questions so i can know who and what to look for. Obviously I will see it on Friday night smart guy. I was trying to get a conversation started being that it is only Tuesday, but to each is its own. Good luck to both teams on Friday night. Well I cant wait until Friday, should prove to be another great region 5 1A classic. I was talking to an eagleville fan in the stands during our game with them last week and he was telling me a little bit about Mcewen. He said they are a very physical team and that your FB is the main man on offense. He said he was a big FB. Just curious to hear what your strengths and weakness's are from a fan's perspective?

How do they figure where it is going to be at? Does it rotate every year? Just curious.

If the number one seeds from both regions make it to week 3 of the playoffs against eachother who gets homefield this year?

Friday night should be a great night of football between two really good teams. As for some of the cascade posters on here I think you are very excited about our team performing well but there is a line on how to show it. I just say to all those who talk on here support Cascade all you want but know when you cross a certain line it reflects the whole cascade community. Just act like youve been there before. Well I recently started talking on here so I havent been running my mouth. Also my post have been pretty good not the bashing or running the mouth type. Why would cascade fans stop talking on here? What is the thread topic? Exactly. I think Jo Byrns fans and and other Jo Byrns supporters have talked on here alot as well. Its going to be a great game week 10. After watching my first cascade game of the season tonight I was impressed. The one thing they need to tune up is there defense. The offense looked great and should have been alot larger of a margin in victory. Cascade is as good as I have ever seen them. The great thing about the team is that they have so many weapoms. If they can stop the run against Jo Byrns and make them one dimensional, then Cascade will pull off the victory because Cascade swarms to the ball when it is thrown. Go Champs keep up the good work. I would expect more support from Forrest but what the heck I like it when more people hate on us, it makes us even better. Go Champs

Well I know Jo Byrns is the team to beat in this region. Cascade on the otherhand is no slouch. You better bring your A game to Wartrace. Cascade rushed for 500 yds tonight. I was talking to Eagleville fans and they said Jo Byrns was very talented and very good, but they said nobody has ran on them like we did. This will not be a blow out either way come week 10. The champs are for real.

Cascade will win this game guaranteed! Shelbyville is garbage and would get demolished by Cascade. We will beat Eagleville guaranteed. We are simply better in every aspect of the game.
