This one is tough, but I will take the Lewis County in this one. Tight game, but the home field advantage could be the edge.
How's that going for ya?

If that crew don't get investigated by tssaa, then something is rotten in Rhode Island.

From a milan fan. I was at the game and was only rooting for the winner, because I wasn't gonna miss this game. Knew it was gonna be a great one and it didn't disappoint. Congrats to both teams on a GREAT GAME. Both teams were class acts as well as the fans. I did sit on home side as it was closer to the gate. First high school game I've been to in 3 years as I normally listen on radio. Mckenzie big plays were phenomenal. Qb is def a special player. Think peabody shot theirselves in the foot with that 6 minute scoring drive in the 4th. Way over utilized #7 imo. But what a great player he is. Holding call really hurt peabody also. Congrats rebs, go get west tennessee another gold ball.
Was confused about the clock. Think it favored Mckenzie in the end because I thought after penalty the clock stopped and didn't start til the next snap. They were starting it as soon as the ball was placed. Is this a new rule in high school?

I'm a milan guy and I called this game after the 1st games of the year when mckenzie beat the stangs and peabody beat the Dawgs. Told my brother, these 2 will meet in the semis as undefeated. Peabody let me down with the loss to the stangs. Rebs like to have let me down with the Close one against Fayetteville. This will be a great game that I wanna see. I'll be there as a football fan only . Think it will be decided by who misses an extra point or who decides to go for 2. Definitely gonna be a west tennessee history making game and yes I hope the officials let them play and don't get flag happy. Good luck to both teams.

Milan and Pearl just moved to 4A. They'll own 4A the next 2 years. It just goes to further show Alcoa's dominance in 3A. 3A is currently better than 4A and 5A.

True, but I can't see many programs going out of their way to lose a gold ball.Alcoa plays a great schedule every year with Maryville and anyone else man enough to take on the challenge.
Can't see them going out of their way.just need to stay away from 6A

It's not up to Alcoa to find someone three times their size that's good enough to beat them, it's up to schools their size to get it done.
Nobody in 5a good enough to beat them. Might be better competition though

Alcoa needs to be 5a

I like the way the DAWG is thinking. However, I don’t think he/she is an Alcoa follower. Just sayin... No sense in being scared. Now RESPECT is another story. I think the Tornadoes have earned that...
I'm a he. I follow i just dont comment like i use to. I'm also from milan. Yeah, alcoa was the cause of 2 of our 5 silver balls. I got respect.

If you think this is 2013 your clearly clearly mistaken..I will admit everyone outside Baxter has Alcoa as the favorites . But this is a much better coached. Better athletes from top to bottom. Your not going to run over upperman like in the past..You keep think it's going to be a blow out like last time and you will end up like Pearl Cohn and Red Bank. Your coming to the hive this time. Remember same coach you only put 21-0 on sequatchie back a couple years ago and this team is on another level than that team. It's going to be a fight. This is the championship game. Upperman ain't scared.
Again, alcoa wins big
