No disrespect but you scored on East when they had a huge lead and a whole lotta back ups playing. I know the players at east and was also at that game.

Cherokee had visions of stopping East as well. East (minus turnovers) had a good game on offense against west. They rushed for over 500 yards last week against Cherokee.

We could put a dollar amount of the annual starting salary for teachers in one end zone and "if you can read this thank a teacher" in the other. I agree that teachers are underpaid but it is showing ignorance to complain about it. I knew what my job paid before I took it and can't really complain and teachers should know what they will make as well. Stop crying about it. As far as "if you can read this" junk, I will thank god,mom,dad,soldiers,doctors,bus drivers,electricians,text book manufactures,etc. as well as teachers for being able to read. I agree 100% The problem could also be fixed by putting lights and bleachers at the middle school practice fields and letting them play there. They could play freshman or JV games at the track. Problem solved for alot less than 480,00.

Morristown East Fr. are 6-0 outscoring their opponents 199-12. They have led most games 21-28 to 0 after 1 qtr. and sub early and often. They have probably given up less than 20 first downs in 6 games.........no joke. They are really good. WOW!!!!!! I really was expecting a close game. I did notice one thing that shows the speed of East. Ramsey runnning a 5.0 40.

I will say this about the canes. They are better than people give them credit for. Coach Hatcher has transformed that program quickly and the last 2 freshman teams are undefeated with this years team being 6-0 outscoring its opponents 199-12. The varsity defense will lose 1 starter for next year and Dockery will be in the backfield with Jeremy Jones.
