  1. What about the time Grace spanked Temple? That aside, let's look at meetings between the two schools. While Temple was beating the brakes off of everyone, puny little Grace could always hold their own and Temple would "barely beat" Grace in their meetings. Never count either school out when they play each other. Just like any rivalry game. On paper, should Bama have competed with UT two three ago? Georgia-Florida? Not a chance.

Grace Golden Eagles you are very wise. Rivalry games will never be automatic

  2. Skogen and Eldridge were both good players last year, but comparing their defensive abilities makes no sense. In key games, they both were seldom if ever seen to be guarding the other teams best player. Eldridge is gone, but Skogen will continue to play only enough defense to keep from getting in foul trouble.

When Grace played Temple Davis would guard the worst player on the floor while seth would guard Davis.

  3. I forgot about Josh Smith. Out of the three of those players mentioned, I think he seems to have the most off-court leadership. I'm still rolling my eyes about that Mr. Basketball Finalist Award. When was the last time a player was nominated but didn't win the District or Region Player of the Year Award?? Oh well, it's neither here nor there

What new players does Temple have this year?

Skogen was well deserving of the Mr. Basketball nomination. Davis was a great shooter but didnt do much else. Seth had a well rounded game. He played inside and outside and played a whole lot better defense than davis.

  4. Are you giving any consideration to CSAS at all? Its easy to take care of the 6'8'' and 6'10'' guys, pack in a zone and make them do it the hard way.....

CSAS will be descent but if you sit in a zone against grace they will hit from outside all night. They have a couple of good shooters. Chad Goodman, Wallace Foster, and the 6'10 carter macmasters.

  5. Carter is not that good and he is not an SEC type of player because he will get manhandled by the 250 pound power forwards. He is a European type player who is a Dirk Nowikski wanna be. Mark my word he will not succed in the SEC and will never make it to the pros. He will go to Lee University and be a 4 year starter who is always injured

Did you really say that he is going to lee university. Your and idiot. not many top 100 players(Unapproved Website) go NAIA.
  6. Josh Smith is one of the best linebackers in the whole world. He is rough and tough and will hit u in the mouth every play. He WILL go to the NFL someday and be the next Joe Montana. BUT...... he will have to lose all that fat. I think he is weighing around 300 pounds right now. But anyway, GO JOSH!!!!

i don't know if he is the best in the world or will play in the nfl but he is a very good player and he is the leader of the temple defense
