My advice to Grace is that they better not turn their back on any one from Taft. It will be a lesson learned from the boys from the hood and street. They will clean your clock. They are not at Taft to play football. They are out there to inflct pain.

I was actually wondering about this type of thing. Does Taft have a history or reputation of "hard play"..??

Thanks pujo. Good road win for The Cosby Eagles no matter what the score was. Every team gets fired up when The Cosby Eagles come to town (whatever the sport) so it's always tough for the away games.

I know when we go to Cosby the last game of the season. I get off the Newport exit on I-40, take a right, follow it out until it runs into a stop sign. Take a left, drive until you smell it, then take a left up the hill until you step into it. That is how to get to Cosby.

Well Townsend, Since you are on here, I've got a question for you.... Exactly what was the deal with your pre-game "warm-up routine" at Cosby..?? I've never seen anything like that in my 25+ years of watching high school football. You didn't line up with the team and stretch. You spent the whole pre-game strutting around. At one point you even climbed the hill behind the goal post and had a seat for a while. I've never seen anything like that..

As far as Coach Shelton and the signs etc... No signs said "take out Townsend" they said "Stop Townsend and Win The Game." Turns out they were wrong...you guys had a good back-up, Fullback and O-line.

It will be a good battle for 2nd 3rd and 4th behind The Grace Christian Academy. I just hope those three teams do well in the playoffs and help us carry the region 1 banner.

I'm starting to wonder if this guy is really a fan or a coach from one of the teams "battleing for 2nd, 3rd and 4th" trying to fire up their players and fans. Can he be for real and be this arrogant..??
