I'm from East and I see East getting drilled , bad ! Until they rid the County of morons they will never win at East. King is not held accountable for his disgraceful display of Coaching ..... He just wiggles on the sidelines ...... Sad scene here at East Hickman.

For the program to ever get started he has to go.Putting a poll up here for faceless people who have no true knowledge of what is going on to vote will get you no where. This guy has showed nothing the last 3 years. He is a poor example of a Coach in my opinion. No control over the players, no backbone, no football coaching skills. I have not noticed, but I heard he and B.A. ( the biggest loser coach in East history ,this guy wins at nothing, in basketball, girls basketball, baseball, now football ) have joined forces and are big buds, riding the gator all over the place, inseperable pals neither knowing what they are doing. What a group of rejects.Sorry but this school needs to start over again.

I am so glad to be back home this fall...... Been overseas East looked great friday, if that young Q back can pass for another 400 yards like he did against Loretto, East will win. The weakness I have seen on East side is the defense, Sorry blueteeth, I call it like I see it,dont get defensive and say I am trying to knock the kids. They are playing good, Coaches need to get it together and establish sound defense. They looked lost at times, thats when Loretto scored.If East can fix the defense they will have the best year to date.

I don't know who you are or where you get your information, but i play for east and when we played lewis county we did not have 4 starters out we had 1.We don't need to make excuses and we don't need anybody making them for us we did not play well .I am happy you are a fan and you show your support but please don't run your mouth if you don't even know what you are talking about. Atleast get your information right.

I agree with everyone about the district being close this year. Loretto just had a terrible shoting game and Zack McDonald was suspended one quarter for some reason. Loretto should have blew them out. I don't think that We are as good as Lewis County but I do know that we will be ready for them when they come to town. Giles is very down because the way i heard it Marshall could have scored 100 but they went into the stall. If i were the coach I would have had to get to the century mark just to spite Billy Holt. But Did I read it wrong or did Page play Marshall two points?? I thought that Page was Very down this year.... I don't know but if Loretto got this out of their system and they play the way they did against Springhill for the rest of the year. they could really surprise alot of people who were counting them out before the season even started.

 

Loretto is very new and Improved and I think that they will make some serious noise in our District.

Loretto 's big guys are much better than lewis's 1 semi big guy, It will be interesting , when East gets some experience and get all the players back they will be right in there., anybody can have those nights when you cant buy a basket.

Yeah, I say Loretto is got this one easy. I expected East to be a decent team, from what I was told, but they showed me nothing. They were just all out bad last night and the thing was is that LC played bad, East broke their press time and time again, but continued to throw the ball out of bounds or miss easy shots. I think that Clint Wright will have a field day in this game and Stout might too. But, Loretto by at least 15.

Lewis county got lucky and got East when 4 out of 5 starters were on the bench for injuries, I hope Lewis felt good about beating East, pressing with a 30 point lead...... what a classy coach you got there /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> . But it will be EAST EAGLE's turn next time then lets see what you will do. Loretto is a much better team than Lewis, They got some good big guys, and some good shooters. My prediction is you guys will not get past East this year , they may beat you very bad depending if a few big guys play as expected. Being thier first year they will have some bumps, but this is definetly not the football team. I have supported the Football team like anybody from East should, but I will say with confidence that East Hickman will hit the gates running, this is a good team. The Coach is by far the best choice for the job.

Bulldogs ran the ball very well.... they knew right where to go on the run.........great blocking.......I think East did pretty good with the exception of catching passes , and containing on that left side the Bulldogs ran 3 touchdowns.......Congrats. I hope you guys go deep in the playoffs. Now we have to look forward to Lewis County.

Are you sure that when it was decided that EHHS was to be a school four grades that didn't have something to do with it? The parents probably wanted a graduation, varsity sports and everything that comes with being a school with fours grades. You might do a little research before popping off.

I agree that East's boys will be competitive in basketball. But HC having a sorry basketball program, and East being better at every position? No chance, period? Come on, now. Surely you're more educated than that.

The Geico Caveman will be gone in a few years, he has destroyed many good players over the years for no reason, the team has never produced, too many stupid stunts over the years.......................... there is a guy from Belmont that will be coming to start a new program after he is done playing there............. that is a promise.

on the east middle and Hickman middle game yea they got stomped but they have a lot of talent on that team they just need a good coach,because until they get a new coach nothings gonna change.and our major junior pro players are headed to the first playoff game this Saturday after we put East out last Saturday night.A sign of the future.And they wanted to just have a JV team this year at EAST but you guys wanted a VARSITY team too.so quit whining!!!!It's not our fault half of the players have quit,they should stick in there until things get better like our boy's have for the last few years,it shows our boy's have a lot of heart for the game and there school.Go DAWGS!!!!!!!!!1

It was decided by NASH ! This is a FACT. I wish we would have played a JV Schedule, but we played a Varsity......... I still support the coach, and it helped us in the long run. Coach Jones was told what he was playing...... for some reason with all these little cracks at East telling us to quit whining, and we wanted to play Varsity... I smell fear from Centerville......knowing this is the last. Also... more than 4 kids stayed in Centerville.......... dont forget about your fellow team mates. Your so smart..... count em. I agree, it won't be an accomplishment to beat East this year but wouldn't it be funny if East beat them? Don't think it will happen but who knows. In two years you will see it more competitive when Hickman County loses their players they had in 4A. Good luck East!!!

did Centerville play east in middle school this year?I heard East had some talent there.

Oh yes they played......( sign of the future) at the end of the third quarter it was 30 to 0 it could of been a whole lot worse, but East middle coaches have good sportsmanship, they put the JV for the 4th quarter and they almost scored on Centervilles Varsity end score still 30-0 . Centerville played thier starters the whole 4th quarter and could not score on East Middle 6th and 7th graders. The Middle JV has went undefeated all year, nobody has even threratened to beat them for the past 2 years. What was so suprising is that out of all the potential out there, 6 of the 9 Applicants are associated with Hickman county by either assistant coaches in the past of the Old Hickman County Bulldog program ( which was a pitiful failure), or somebody associated in the School system of Hickman county ( good ole boy)

First GrizzMan, sentences include punctuation and capital letters. Guess you missed out on that day in LC elementary school. And how can you intelligently say HC doesn't stand a chance? Regardless of whether HC wins or loses Friday night, they have a perfect record just as LC, and they've definitely played a Marshall County team that's better than anyone on LC's schedule. And the arguments that Marshall County would beat HC if they played them today is Bogus, because MC had their chance and didn't take care of business. Tough luck. That's not HC's fault they didn't fully utilize their talent. So no one can take away credibility from that win because of a poor job of coaching by MC. Hickman still defeated a solid 3A team with better athletes from top to bottom. That is a credit to Coach Swenson and his staff as well as the hard work and determination of his kids. So continue with your arrogance, LCTheGrizzMan, but at least give yourself some credibility on this post by not making idiotic statements like the one above. Best of luck Dawgs!

Dont worry .......the Bulldogs will win, they should win solid.,( If the Lewis county Coach dont get mad and start shooting up the place) if you look at all the fools that are talking smack , it is Lewis county inbred rejects, and fools from Fairview and Harpeth that are still mad and cant take being beat like a drum like the Bulldogs did to them, this is typical of loosers like this to take shots to discredit the Bulldogs, GO BULLDOGS, Go to Lewis county and give them what they deserve .
