ok the only big headed people i see on this page is the livingston fans i mean smith is playin great and no one believed they would beat macon or baxter even at that matter cannon but look what happen the sixth seed made it to the championship so i think livingston should be on there toes and ready but i give it to smith county by 5 but lets not see just one person off smith county in double digits lets see 4 or 5 people with 12, 13, or 14

Yeah they beat #1 Friendship last year and still didn't make it to sub-state. Best of my memory Pickett did. Friendship would have been no better than 4th in our district last year. You've got big words for a team who can't finish any better than 3rd.

the only reason pickett even made it last year was because theyhad no one to play againest in there bracket JC had to play friendship and clay county and as i do recall jackson beat them one time that season and pickett never did and had four chances jus because wright had forty dont mean he will have that againest jackson county which i give him propts for that but jackson county has better D than clay in my judgement trust me jackson counties big men can handle Picketts big men i mean give there propts to C-range for winnin but jackson definatly didnt have a good game i mean hopkins shot alot of shots he would made and lish only got the ball two or three times and shot once and made it Denson did ok but would do alot better if he hit his free throws and cassety,kerely,and derek drove to the middle every time and they usally dont do it that bad and nothin was fallin i mean you pickett fans are goin to say i am just makin excuses but everyone does i guess but JC definatly didnt play there A game ,but to the JC boys hold your heads up yall have accomplished alot put the game behind you and be the under dogs agian because alot are goin to love you when your winnin and alot are goin to drop when you are loosin but good luck to all the teams

your crazy jackson county would be alot more than pickett county without tyler if they was with out jacob tyler what averages 10 and wright averages 20+ so yea there would be a big diffrence JC needs tyler to get the ball down the floor and we also need his stats but jacob isthe only thing pickett has in scorin every player on JC is able to score i mean there is 10 players scorin on there team night in night out and pickett has nothin when they come off the bench so dont say that JC has nothin without cassety

Does anyone think jackson county or pickett will make it i mean sure hope jackson does but seems like to everyone else they think jackson county is a joke i hope we can prove them wrong

I think that Chase Dunn and Coach Melton both proved that they are the best in the district. Maybe even the region. Dunn is amazing to watch. Imagine if the kid was taller.... Coach Melton knows his basketball, but more importantly he loves the game and has a passion to win. That roles over into the players and makes for a sweet basketball team.
not to say the kid wouldnt be great if he was taller but trust me when you get taller its alot harder to handle the ball as good as you do when you are shorter but just thrownin that in there but he definitly gets MVP

Moore county is a very talented team and deserved to win this game and yes i am a jackson county fan but moore county jus out hustled them i mean it looked like every one of the players at JC was havein a good night except Lish and Loftis but every one seem to do ok but some of there shot selections wasnt what i thought good selections i mean there was time a man would be spotted up at the three and a gaurd would shoot a runnin jumper and they didnt hit no foul shots which they only shot 6 and the other team shot 28( correct me if i am wrong) so there is a big diffrence and jackson county only made 1 of those and moore made i dont no how many but alot so jackson county played hard and travled a long way but wish they would have came out with the W but moore county deserves alot of credit but lets just take it one game at a time blue and lets win the district,region, and sub-state

i think there is a couple from smith county that is pretty good i am pretty sure they are soph. cant think of there names just thought that i would give some others besides baxter and livingston

I think that if Clarkrange boys can get by Monterey, they have a shot against Jackson Co. The last game they played was close, but Jackson Co. pulled it out in the fourth.
Should be a great tourney.
ok i dont think that clarkrange is goin to win againest jackson county because clarkrange lost both times by 16 & 17 with snow upchurch the other big guy but prophet wasnt there but i dont think he makes a 17 point diffrence not sayin it cant happen but jackson county played moore county and lost to them by six or seven and moore county is a very well rounded team but clarkrange has one maybe two pretty good players and the rest are just players not sayin they dont have good nights or there not decent but jackson is very well rounded from posts to gaurds so i give this one to jackson by 12 but good luch to C-range and the blue devils

All i want to no is Pickett who? jackson county jus made them stop talkin all that trash i mean i thought we was supposed to loose by 20 i mean what happen to that looks like jackson county is the real team with class i mean accordin to some of the players jacob wright talked trash the whole time on the floor i mean he has no respect for the game it is called love for the game you dont go on to the floor and do that because its not only embarassin for yourself but also your teammates who are not like that and when they didnt even win but good job jackson county you keep showin your class and take one game at a time cause anything can happen but Temple and Grace babtist jus better watch out definatily if they have to come to the boro to meet us

Yes he quit, becaus ehe didn't get to play the end of the 4th quarter. The Starnes kid came in and did his job what the coaches were asking the Rievely kid to do, and he wouldn't do it, so they left the Starnes kid in. In my opiion, the Owls will be better for it. Trust me if you think that friendship and temple or even culleoka and moore county is goin then i NO jackson county or pickett county will go i mean jackson beat Culleoka last year when they was supposed to go to state and jackson county barley had a winnin record and jackson county took down friendship down last year in the region and pickett jus took out temple so you better look at all the teams before pickin i mean any thing can happen but i give it to jackson or pickett to go instead of friendship or culleoka

I give smith county 7 because there playin well together but they really have there off nights but some big advice to the coaches of smith county get josh dennis the ball more he is a very very good player and i am a big coach sanders fan i jus dont think that dennis touches the ball enough (not to down anyone though)

Not sure where you got the foul count but the second half was 12 -8 two of the 12 were T's on Temple. and Temple was fouling late to try to get back in the game. But thats the refs fault.
But I do think Temple has a better team just had a off night. Watch the game the big kid from Temple was off and they played that way. Coaches T didn't help either.
I agree that temple probably had a bad night but they still lost i think that temple is better than pickett i mean its pretty much a rule when you walk into the gym of pickett county its all ready 15 to nothin so good job to pickett but i still give the edge to temple if it was at any other gym
