Awesome, I will be checking that out.

huge game for livingston academy basketball, hope all fans come out loud and proud, because whether you like them or not, this team has busted their tail to get to where they are, im proud, the supporters are proud, and i venture to guess that now all the haters are proud too...dont know much about MC, but i know alot about LA...at home, it COULD get nasty, but its substate, so it SHOULD be close....LA by 6...safe trip up here MC, and safe trip back regardless of outcome
Yeah you are absolutely right. All the LA haters (O.C.B.O.E) are probably pretty physched as well. They probably feel pretty stupid about how they have acted this year, but I bet they are feeling the madness now.
Going to be a great game, great crowd, great night for basketball.
GO HOG-EYE
I still say LA by 20.
-
Howard by 17.
-
Will "March Madness" start at the high school level?
It most certainly could. Every team, including LA, needs to make sure they focus on the task at hand. I am sure its hard not to look ahead, but you have to take care of business first.
Not hardly as much talking on this thread as there was the White House thread... I guess we need someone to bring up a cheerleading incident.
-
Time for this one to be closed.
Get ready for Monday.
-
As you know, I will be taking LA in this one.
With home court advantage, the LA crowd the way they have been, and the Wildcats playing the way they are....
I say LA by 20.
-
Nice list. Didn't need to know all that, but I'm sure alot of people will find it interesting.

Where did Stiller go? He must be out of town... /unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> /unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

Well, lets get it started. Who wins and why?
Have fun, but keep it clean. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" /> /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

You think I really care if I ruffle your hogeye feathers???? Seriously dude, I could care less. If your feathers get ruffled, as you put it, then that's your problem not mine. 10-4 champ? /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
There was NO LA cheerleader that even 'tried' to trip one of WH's unsporstman-like cheerleaders. What a crock. haha
This guy is just showing his complete lack of class. I guess if I was a White House fan I would try to make something else up to take the attention off the game as well. Especially if I would have talked so much about how we were bound to win.
You got beat. Leave it alone. Leave the cheerleaders out of it. Go to Howard. Take care of business.
Besides that I wouldn't bring up a subject like that considering the way your cheerleaders acted. Even your guard, #2 was rude. He ran his mouth to the officials the entire game.
Just shut up and play.

I'd rather see LA win it. But only time will tell.
-
Defensively I would expect WH to play a shadow defense, much like Kentucky used to beat UT earlier this year. Every time Dunn gets the ball, I would expect the surrounding WH defenders to sag in to the arch and make it as difficult as possible for Dunn to use his quickness in penetration.
I wonder if the Station Camp coach would say if that would really help any or not...
don't you think that WH will immediately take advantage of LA's inability to guard the post?
I think that TJ Smith could handle the big guy if he had to.
WH has the experience, LA has the athletes. If it is a close game late, I give the nod to WH, because, outside of last year's Dyer Co. meltdown, they do not usually beat themselves. LA needs to put this game away early.
You make it sound like LA doesn't have the experince it takes.
All of LA's starting 5 has plenty of experience. They have played several tough games this year alone against big 3A schools to help them prepare for games like this.
Whether LA puts it away early or not.. They still win this one by about 10.

It's just amazing to me that some of you think that after watching one game that you can tell who's a better coach..
Who said anything about who had the better coach?
Since you mentioned.. Who would you say is the better coach, radioguy?
-
LA will beat White House tonight. Take it to the bank.
-
I agree that RadioGuy has no clue as to what he is talking about. LA would love it if this game came down to both teams' benches. Dunn is a great player, but LA has alot more to go to as well.
I under stand that every one on here is just being loyal to their team and just really wants their team to win. However, we have to face the facts. LA is more athletic and has more talent. When you put all of that with a great coach like Melton, you are going to have a deadly combination.
But, just because LA should win, doesn't mean that they will. They still have to play with heart, have the right mindset, and get the job done.
This has been a fun thread to read.
But I agree with some of the others.. Dont bash any of the players. Thats not what CoachT is all about.
Keep it clean, keep it fun, and come out to DCA tonight to watch LA win.
-
Looks like LA will just have to "show" White House" what we are talking about. Telling them obviously does no good.
Good luck to both teams, but I still say LA wins this one 9 times out of 10. But this could be that one time. LA just needs to take care of business and let their game do the talking.
-
The game may be close but LA will win.
White House's big guy, the one that doesn't play defense, won't have that luxury when he plays LA. If Coach Melton goes with his smaller line-up every now and then his man will just shoot the 3 all night long (someone like TJ Smith). Their big man will be wore out in the first quarter. Don't get me wrong, he is a good player, just cant play the same type of ball that LA plays.
LA also has the advantage in the guard category. White House didn't seem to handle the ball very well and seems really struggle with full court pressure. The LA press will be a key in the game.
LA also has a deeper and more talented bench. I think we saw that in the Station Camp game. Coach Melton has about 10 kids that can flat out play and they all play their hearts out. Doesn't matter if they are on the floor for 2 minutes or 2 quarters, they give it their all.
GO LA

I'm STILL amazed as to what I saw last night.... What a game!
-
Can CoachT.com take us directly to the Tennessee website and let the Alabama site be CoachA.com or something like that? After it catches on that is.. Just a thought.
-
Wow. Thats some prediction. LA will be back to 100% by tomorrow. Let alone Thursday.
"Big Slow Kid" from LA??? Which big kid are you talking about again? The one from LA or the one from White House that doesn't play defense?
LA wins by 12.
More if Dunn gets hot again.
-
Dont cry over the officiating.
-
What happened to Pickett Co.?
Congrats to Jackson Co.
Pickett County would be a better team in the rest of the post season, but they didn't take care of Jackson County first.
-
Awesome game. White House better watch out. After a game like that LA will be ready to roll on into a sub-state home game. Won't be easy though. They will have to work. I'm glad LA is playing White House though. I didn't want them to have to play Upperman again. As long as LA's big men can handle the big kid from White House, I think LA should be able to win. I don't think White House can beat the full court pressure the Wildcats are going to bring. From what I saw White House didn't have many ball handlers other than #15.. (I think that was his number)
-
It sure is. Looks like this Region is LA's to lose.
Looks like a great year to make it to State to me!

I don't if I would want a close overtime game. I'm still on edge over the Station Camp game.
