1. QUOTE(boothie @ Mar 28 2007 - 09:14 PM) 826425335sure do...they aren't as good as ravenwood. happy?

actually i think hillwood will give ravenwood a good game because they have 2 dominant forwards with the freshman black guy and number 9. hillwood will be very tough this year and will definitely surprise people this year

  2. QUOTE(Welshdragon @ Mar 6 2007 - 08:54 PM) 826402887Ben Gaines is a Junior.

wow..definetely made a mistake, ben and david are both juniors..my bad but they are all on the tnfc 89's so i just kinda assumed...

  3. QUOTE(boothie @ Mar 7 2007 - 09:08 PM) 826404184eh, no specific one yet. I want to play it really conservative this time and aim for the district tourney, but I get my boot off in a week and could probably be playing in 3. We'll see how it goes

well booth..lucky for us spring break is at the time it is b/c it gives us a free week to heal..turns out that its not my mcl, my acl streched which caused a bad bone bruise thankfully..so i will only miss 2 games against clarksville and hickman co so it shouldnt be that bad..

also did you here that jacob is trying back out for tnfc again?..ya i was surprised and i thought you might be..

  4. QUOTE(CHS 2007 @ Mar 6 2007 - 05:20 PM) 826402583I actually put this up to start a poll, but it didn't come up the first time.

well centennial has got a great coach in sandy pollack..who do they have player wise this year?..anybody?

  5. t.j. brown(hendersonville)-belmont

    sutton cash(hendersonville)

    david dermody(brentwood)

    ben gaines(independence)

    will moorad(ravenwood)

all good players in the 07 class and does anybody know where any of these guys are going, or if they are even playing in college?

  6. QUOTE(tweezer00 @ Mar 6 2007 - 02:53 PM) 826402431High school soccer is far from what you call "big boy" soccer. Wait until you play at the next level if you decide to do so.

agreed...high school is just a good time to have fun with your schools soccer friends and of course its competitive but its not like college coaches come to watch these games unless they have personal connections

  7. QUOTE(rebelj @ Mar 6 2007 - 10:36 AM) 826402065who does each school view as its main soccer rival?

brentwood's is franklin (hendersonville outside of district)

    franklin- brentwood

    ravenwood - brentwood

    centennial- franklin

    independence - ?

    am i right about these?

i think you are pretty close..if not dead on..

  8. QUOTE(R.O.B.jr. @ Mar 5 2007 - 09:33 PM) 826401374I never said that i could take you and I never said that I couldn't take you. Just keep talkin your talk like all the other brentwood kids do, because you all can never learn to close your mouth when you need to.

    whatever you say bud..

  9. QUOTE(R.O.B.jr. @ Mar 5 2007 - 09:26 PM) 826401351Good try, but no. I am not Armonds little brother but I am just saying that he is a big boy and this is big boy soccer so if you dont like how some of these guys play, then go play basketball.

whatever you say...i hope you think you could take me in soccer..cause thats just funny...

  10. QUOTE(AstonVillian @ Mar 5 2007 - 09:12 PM) 826401299He is out for four weeks as well has Jose Antonio Reyes that went down in the same game with a sprained MCL. This puts Beckham out vs Bayern Munich and Barcelona this Saturday. Two key games. The Bayern game should be good to watch now considering Beckham accounted for all three goals in their first leg at Noucamp(sp?).

wow..i know how reyes feels..b/c i just sprianed my mcl last week..it pretty much blows..

  11. QUOTE(boothie @ Mar 5 2007 - 08:51 PM) 826401232you could've just continued this on the other topic dedicated to 11-AAA, but yeah....brentwood

    thanks for the support booth...

  12. QUOTE(Heelsfan247 @ Mar 5 2007 - 08:35 PM) 826401183For cleats that will last, I would go with whatever the latest edition of the Predator's are. Those things have by far been the longest lasting cleats for me. I outgrew them before I even came close to wearing them down, that was through high school season and half of club.

are you talking about the absolutes?..i just ordered a pair after i had the puma v-konstructs..for a while..do not get those b/c they break really easily and i had to send them back about 3 times..

  13. QUOTE(eaglekeeper2 @ Mar 5 2007 - 08:48 PM) 826401223i'll switch it up on you guys and go with franklin 1-0, off a cross from tyler moon and finish with the head from derek batt in the 73rd minute (with about 6 minutes left to go.)

what ever you say...it will be a fun game to watch..so lets just not talk crap and just wait until the game is played..

  14. QUOTE(webeballin9114 @ Mar 5 2007 - 05:16 PM) 826400848sorry to hear that bradley. who are the sophomore and freshman stepping in??

duh i was talking about myself...if that wasnt obvious enough...

sprained mcl for me and i might be out..day to day..nick desalvetore(fresh) is stepping in

also charlas is father ryan's best player by far..without him they wont get far but they do have that lil black kid of front and armond who just beats people up, which is good for high school

  15. QUOTE(gooner1214 @ Mar 5 2007 - 11:11 AM) 826400459yea...alex darsinos is a baller...wheres he looking to go to college?...

well..who knows..i know that he wants to go to virginia and he kinda turned down duke so he will go basically where he wants...

  16. QUOTE(R.O.B.jr. @ Mar 5 2007 - 07:36 PM) 826401024Thats because Armond is a big boy. You should just man up and try to take him on.

i never said i wouldnt..it asked for who were big hitters and people who take cheap shots so i said so..r.o.b jr. is obviously armond's lil bro..

  17. take it from me, we scrimmaged them, CAK is good even without tarr, he wasn't there when we scrimmaged them. i don't know how good brentwood is this year, but we beat brentwood 3-0 last year in state and from those games i would say CAK would beat brentwood, but once again this was last years brentwood team and this year's CAK team, so i guess it doesn't matter that much lol.

your joking me right??..brentwood would not lose to cak, they are good but in a whole different division..lets just drop that conversation because we will never play so its pointless to discuss
