Lots of kids flew out for their trips they had paid for months ago, and there were many who already had Justin Timberlake tickets for last night. I knew the numbers would be down b/c of both things. WE still had a fantastic crowd....and I am proud of everyone that supported our team last night. It didn't come down to the tudent sections last night and we both know this. It came down to who had the ball last and got the bounces. Good luck to your team tonight. I sure hope that they win, but I will not be in attendance for this one. I feel like I saw the finals last night.
a large part of your student section missed a great basketball game to go see justin timberlake? you guys sound pretty cool

Yes last year's title game was better, not by far but it was more exciting. more talent and fetured a juggernaut against a cinderella story who were robbed by officials. but none the less stil the best game in tssaa history

siegel never had the talent to win state, nope not even last year. no one said "siegels taking this year no doubt"

no i'm not worried about the soccer/basketball players going to shelbyville(now thats laughable)now what i i'm worried about 2 things
1st that 1 of our great younger players will go to shelbyville and some people don't know is that our best 7th grader went to shelbyville and that girl was probably the best player for harris
2nd i think there is 7 soccer players in basketball and 3 of those girls have no business playing basketball kristen vance, chelsea jackson and kaitlin buchanan plus 2 of the girls started for us this past fall and chelsea jackson will start this fall
in my mind all 3 girls are college prospects but to get that soccer scholarship girls really need to be in select/aau from november to june and because of basketball they miss half a season of select ball so that cuts into their exposer by college scouts
but the thing that really ticked me off was kaitlin buchanan(who is the best female athlete in our school)and could have been a varsity starter actually was the water girl
so all in all basketball is hurting some kids rather than helping them
yes shelbyville doesnt want any of your basketball girls. we prefer talent

this is literally the first time your lady warriors have been in the touirnament in THIRTY years. FIRST TIME IN THIRTY YEARS. this is the first time this DECADE shelbyville did not participate. so if you ever win a title, unfortunately you will this year because there is no talent in the tourney but when you win twelve then you can talk about us. or if u win two national titles in three years. then yea say all u want

According to the release we signed, the song is Famous in a Small Town. They did an extra shot outside with a bunch of other students including some of the Eaglettes and that model from Finland (NOT), Blake Rittenberry. They also shot some footage around town and also in a few other towns in Middle TN. Here's some pictures my mom took while they were taping.
I'll probably end up on the cutting room floor but hey, it was fun and something unusal to do because you know there's not too many other things to do in Shelbyville anyway. LOL
The producers talked to the wrong coach. and the Eaglettes were in it they were filmed in the parking lot why i dont know. and i dont know why the cheerleaders were in it? ruined a perfectly good video

They brought in a model from Finland to play the guy breaking up in the parking lot. Rittenberry or something like that, he's huge over in europe

Yes the shelbyville eaglettes were put into a miranda lambert video. because they are the best team in the state and the most storied program in tennessee and probably the country

BUT THERES NO COMPETITION. AND UNFORTUNATELY ANNE MARIE LANNING WILL PROBABLY WIN MISS BASKETBALL ALSO WHICH IS UNDESERVED
