yea i bet u all feel like state champs after a 29-3 over poor little cloudland thats playing pure freshman and sophomores lol it will come back to huant u trust me and i feel like its coming soon(hint hint)and where u from sftballfever?

well besty sprinters are really strong too.they didnt run them in all events yesterday.it was more like a practise meet.fuqua has beaten bo alot.his personal beat is 14.29 in 110 meter and last years state champ in 300 hurdels.derek carr from besty in a strong sprinter too.his 400 time was awfull yesterday he usually runs 52 53.his 100 meter best is 11.3 last year as freshman and wet to state in the 4x400.hes 200 time is 23 flat and best 22.8 at appy state last year.jake peters is looking pretty fast coming off a knee injury in 9th grade.his 100 is around 11.3 too.hes really prving what he can run so far but al we have had is practice meets.our relays look realy strong too when we put fuqua carr peters and thomas in the 4x100 for sureits around 43.4(best last year).we had two freshman in it yesterday.besty will be really strong believe me .we go out everyday even saturdays and do alot.we want to go to state and i belive if you work had enough you will get what you want and i belive it will work out good for us.and good luck to you too where ever you are from.

thank you for that our 4x100 had two people that wont be running it on there yesterday(fuqua, thomas)and i think with them on there we wiil run but 43 if not break that cause we ran 43.3 last year with them

because look who is our conference and last year we beat them except for 1 and we are better this year

ok you won in basketball in single A give me a break and theres plenty of people who look at track here are some example football coaches 96 percent of D1 yes D1 not D2 and D3(like where you all go)football players run track it helps speed (you all have none)endurance (you all will need some aginst elizabethton)and stay in shape (which i bet half you all are not)im not saying you are a bad baseball team at all im just trying to tell you all you will not beat us you will see the difference of singleA and doudleAA baseball

ok forone at least elizabethton has competion and theyt have a pretty good conference.who do you play that is good in your conference you could be 0-28 and make the tourny cause you play noone at all im glad you all will finally relize you dont have as good as team as you think when you play elizabethton and the other aa scholls i guarantee you will will not win one of those games elizabethton actually plays someone like db (beat them in scrimmage ) science hill (beat them)and tennessee high(beat them twice) just face it when you have an article in the elizabethton star that says you will have drew chambers picthing some then you not very good i guarantee you get beat badly by elizabethton the only reason you win o and by the way we was districts champs dumb ###### we beat unicoi in the championship lol u dont even kno what you are talking about lol

I think Elizabethton will have a very good track team.We had a scrimmage meet with Dobyns Bennet,Science Hill,and Tennessee High thursday.All the teams had their starters running. The 4x100 results was 1st ELIZ 2nd SH 3rd DB 4th TH. THE 4x200 1st DB 2nd ELIZ 3rd SH 4th TH.The 4x400 1st ELIZ 2nd DB 3rd TH 4th SH.The dicus throw Bruce Crumley from ELIZ won with a throw of 134.THE shot put Jordon Ray came in 2nd and it was his first time throwing in a year.plus they got three state medlst returning 1. Justin Fuqua(110 hurdels runner up and 300 meter hurdels champion)2.Derek Carr(Part of 4x400 meter relay that finshed 6th with a split time of 50.00 which he is running the open 400)3.Jordon Ray(5th place in shot put )They ony lost 2 seniors last years relays all finshed either 3r or 4th in sectionals and the teamwas sectional runner up besides the 4x400 which finshed 2nd.We also have alot of freshman which can run which means more relays =more points.The dstance is also a stout bunch too.You tell em if you think we might be good /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":huh:" border="0" alt="huh.gif" />
