2. QUOTE(pseudophobia @ Apr 12 2007 - 07:45 PM) 826436174Wow!!! Wow!!! That is quite a push for Farragut! I guess I didn't realize who I was talking about!!! Man oh man.....with players like that and all that experience, their superior skill level- coupled with the fact that they are "gelling" so early.....well, I guess they should be unstoppable!!! Why predict a 1-0 game??? I mean...with all that you mentioned I would think this shouldn't even be a game!!!! I guess they will have a bunch of near misses or something. Oh well, I will still watch this 1-0 beating you are predicting.

whoah someone is obviously talking a little opnion wayy to personally .........look.......please for the sake of all of us .................................gett off your knees ...........oh yeah & whos to say that Two really talent teams can't come out of it with a 1-0 game .......what makes you the authority on taking the opnions of others and judging it on their predictions anyway ........................WOW!!! WOW!!!!

  3. i am tired of hearing all this talk about the fields.... if both teams show up to play, then the fields wont be that big of a factor anyway.......

and as far as the ""starters"" lost from last years farragut team.....(ie) : Ben Lawson and Tony Milazzo.......these aren't losses because farragut has defenders such as Aron Stinton, and Drew Himinder that can come very close to filling in that spot as a defender.. Adam Greene for farragut more adquetly than replaces Tony Milazzo from last year.........if there is anything debatable about anything lost from last year's farragut team.....it might be Ben Lawson as a defender......and even his spot is comming close to being filled in....Its good that Farragut hasn't really lost anybody because that mens that they will be more likely start "gelling" early on in the year and espically this game due to all the experience they had playing together last year; hopefully they're used to one another by now, but if there is one thing you should take from a Bearden standpoint, its that THEY ALWAYS COME TO PLAY. Farragut probably has more talent than Bearden, but Bearden's skill and drive is going to be more than a handfull for this Farragut Squad....................FARRAGUT 1-0

  4. both teams have talented strikers that can put the ball in the back of the net, but if you ask me I say that the game is going to be won in the midfield. Farragut has a very strong midfield and not that Bearden doesnt, its just that Farragut seems to get a high percentage of their goals from working it around in the midfield and finding the open man. 50/50 Balls will be entertaining because both of these teams will be fighting like crazy for every ball, but with Tyler Mottern and Jake Russell in the Midfield, i think that Cesar and Radcliff will definately have their hands full...None the less, it will be an interesting game to watch....

  5. These are two extremely talented teams. This game will even be televised on channel 7!!!!! Most people will say that the game being played on Friday night is the biggest game of year and certainly if not the biggest rivalry in the state, one of the biggest.......Everybody is going to be at this game..............1-0 Farragut

  6. you cant expect to win games win you dont finish your oppourtunities. Farragut is having a problem right now putting away their chances when it comes to finishing.........The word "FRUSTRATING!" is what comes to mind .......they do eveythring right leading up to putting the ball in the back of the net and when the time comes,,,,, (atleast lately),,,,,if it hasn't missed the goal entirely , it has gone right to the keeper!!!!!!! ganted they are scorring goals, but the "chances" far exceeds the amount actually scored....... they simply have to capitalize on their oppourtunites ........!

  8. QUOTE(Jpab @ Mar 25 2007 - 05:18 PM) 826422250who would you say is the weakest team in the tournament..... and also strongest. Who has the toughest opponents and schedule?

    ??

i would have to say two toughest teams in this tourn. are farragut and Knoxville Catholic. both teams have a very solid line up.

  9. QUOTE(toiletpapertruck @ Mar 21 2007 - 09:31 PM) 826419778Brentwood has everything going for them as a sure thing in the #1 spot. Ravenwood can't compete. One game here and there maybe. But its Ravenwood. Until they get a new coach it doesn't matter. Although, now that they have a new keeper they have some promise.

  10. QUOTE(StateChamps07 @ Mar 17 2007 - 02:28 PM) 826415387i just looked at the eurosport rankings and it says that hendersonville lost to laverge 2-1

    is this correct?..

Yes, this is correct. There are actually several posts about it on the most recent page of the "Rankings Week 1" topic if you would like to know more about it.....

  11. QUOTE(UPSGregg @ Mar 17 2007 - 11:47 AM) 826415262I heard Clarksville High lost to Brentwood 8-0 this week! Man what has happened to them? I don't recall a CHS team ever losing to anyone that badly. Not any recent team anyway. I'm not even sure the first team they ever had lost that badly but I may be wrong. The most lopsided losses I remember were 4-0 or less. No matter how good the team they were playing was. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

what other kind of out come would you have expected??? just curious
