For some reason, HC didn't use him and McFerrin a whole lot. The play calling has been disappointing the last few games. Didn't even use Robbie. Yall would have crapped yourselves if yall saw him with the ball.

Plus, how hard is it to recruit at USC?

West Coast+SEC=disaster! Frankly, if getting a big name coach at UT is because of $$$ then my favorite Dark Horse is Troy Calhoun. I mean, Air Force is doing GREAT! Plus, he is rather young.

I agree wholeheartedly....it is embarassing to have poor bathroom facilities for football games.

I can't believe they kept putting him in. I mean his knee looked horrible. If my knee looked like that, I just would have sat down especially if I was going to the next level. Not worth it if he wants to play on Saturdays.

I began thinking that after HHS lost to Maryville for the second consecutive year in the State Championship. I felt like the Utah Jazz. However, we won the State Championship the next year in 2003. Keep your head up. I mean, if Vanderbilt can have their first 6 win season in the last 26 years.....

Was at the game......Burros I am stunned, just ashamed by how classless you guys were!(Most of yall not all) I expect that from Melrose, but in the end, I think Melrose had CLASSY-ER fans. Constant taunting and even from the press box. My Lord, if Mr. Farmer had done or said anything close to that we would kindly ask for his resignation. Don't think I am just another por sport of some kind, because the loss still comes down on the whole team. Capitalizing on turnovers was our biggest weakness + lack of different plays. Plays were very predictable. In the end, our boys still triumphed in my opinion: We kept our respect intact and we left everything on the field. Pretty good for a bunch of boys from good Ole Henry County. Classiest Fans, Classiest Coaching Staff, and Classiest Team in the whole state. Thank you BIG RED for all that you do.

If I don't get to type anymore on here before I travel, GO BIG RED!!! I and many others are very proud of you! You know, coming from a rural county in West Tennessee and going as far as we have come is a true testament to the spirit and work ethic of this football team. We don't pipeline from no where (the only exemption is Lil Mac however his grandfather is our principal.) We are as rural as they come......and proud of that. Thanks again BIG RED for all that you do. And for Hillsboro, I am eager to see what matchup yall put against us. This shall be a treat!

I love what I am hearing about the "curveballs". This game is going to be ELECTRIC!

I am SOOOO excited about this game!!! Cant wait to see Martese Allen and his cousin Dominique Allen tear up that O Line!!!! As for coverage, I am very optimistic. I think our pressure on the QB will cause some throw aways. And our offense is going to be very sneaky......maybe we should call them the 4-5 headed MONSTER!!!! Keep the Board alive guys. GO BIG RED!

last good defense(their offense stunk thats why they didnt do anything) yall saw was during the summer in a scrimmage vs Father Ryan and yall scored once in the whole scrimmage. i know scrimmages don't mean much but i will say that Allen ran it over 15 times and didn't have over 15 yards. i was there saw it with my own two eyes and i actually watched the tape early thid morning. i wouldn't say overrated, but he's nothing like Travis Henry. If anything Jamal Lewis but not as fast.

 

That scrimmage also contained an untested O line. Most of these boys are new to their post. So saying that Dominique is just decent is just plain stupid! We all know that without a good O line the ball carrier is nothing. Our ground game is strong because of our O Line and watching Dominique out there running is like watching old footage of "THE BUS" Jerome Bettis!

To the Hardin Conty Faithful -- I'll add this about East's defense:

I hope that yall's QB is a good scrambler and throws well under pressure/on the run.

 

East is going to blitz the heck out of your QB! Count on it. They are not going to sit back and let any QB pick them apart. Their LB's have excellent speed and will apply relentless pressure.

If you blitz Hardin County then you will pay. Their QB is a good athlete and a smart field commander. By the time you reach him, he will have already found his man open. The only exception to this is if their Center has trouble with snapping the ball.

Now come on...EVERYBODY can't be counting out the underdog.
