well parker has a concussion thats wat i found out today. so we got beat it doesnt help wen they think that they can beat a team just cause we can hang in with the best teams in the district but i think they will win friday night but levell has to get plenty of carries. or maybe even run the reverse it seems to work.

well ill say that it could be forrest vs eagleville b/c forrest is comin off two wins the two schools are rivals and should be a good game esp if eagleville is as good as they were ranked

no she pitched we just hit her alot last night and we had a little trouble with the sophmore last night so thats why she started

well forrest played extremely good but they have a tough road ahead of them. they have wat it takes to be there in the end though. GOOD LUCK AND GO LADY ROCKETS!!!!!!!

forrest doesnt yet have to rebuild they just simply have to reload next year. i mean bequi bussell, summer waggoner, shelby stinnett, beth hawn, and megan porter, not to mention all the others sure they have great players leaving but they will just reload next season

Having said that, I think the winner could match up well against a favored Jackson County team in the second round. They play half court, and so do these two teams. I remember two years ago when the Lady Rockets stunned them, because they executed better in the half court game.

have you seen forrest play celticsfan forrest doesnt just play half court they will get out and press the only problem is (like all teams) they get tired. the other problem is the incompetent refs like to give dumb fouls and make up calls for no calls. with all that being said i think forrest will have a tough time if they dont come out firing on all cylinders and playing like a team. i think wayne county by 2 or 3 not by much so this will be a great game GOOD LUCK LADY ROCKETS

the girls got the win but sloppy passing and other things made them look ok but if they play the way they did through the first three quaters they wont make it out of the first game the teams there are just to good they must play their best so congrats and good luck

well the lady rockets at this point and time from wat i hear from my sis is firing on all cylinders. i want to be there but cant so this is wat i have to say. 1st the lady rockets gotta play hard. 2nd they need to put all the drama aside. 3rd they need to take it one game at a time van buren is tough anytime. 4th one of the only teams to beat the lady rockets in the regular season is moore county. lastly is the fact i am always gonna be there in spirit and will still wear the pink shirt. thats great yall are talking about some of the "bigger" schools in class A but what about the smaller ones like Forrest they may not have the record but have two good three shooters more of an inside team but they also have a couple of good outside players like nick schnapp and preston pratt both good consistent outside shooters both can hit five to seven a night

It took me a long time to realize that the players typically play and carry on without much rivalry to them. It's the 'ignornace' of the adults involved that jade the kids, i'm 100% convinced of that.

Yes and i see this a lot with our fans arch rivals cascade our fans (our bein forrest) cant stand cascade but i dont think the players dont have a problem with cascade and i kno that whenever theres a big game agaisnt them and im there i always tend to shoot off my mouth so i guess we all just need to hang back and watch and let the players do thier thing.

Look for the Lady Champions to be much improved this season. Still not ready to mention them among the elite in the District yet. I'm only saying that new Coach, Chad Spencer, is a Rick Insell disciple and will have them ready to play. Probably a couple of years from getting his system fully in place, but they will surprise some people this year.

Certainly not Forrest or Eagleville. Forrest thumped you pretty good i know i was at that game

I don't know what you are looking at when you watch Forrest play, but the only thing I see is all of the players hustling their butts off. These two player are athletic, but have a surrounding cast that is solid, and play great defense. Watch a little closer next time. See who gets on the floor, plays defense, gets rebounds, and assits. I think you will get a different picture.

your right everyone was busting their butt for rebounds, they all play good defense, but i think they get a little sloppy toward the end cause most of the games ive seen they have lead at least part of the game and blown it in the fourth quarter and then they get into foul trouble. also i think if u call this team out they will respond in a positive manner just to prove watever you say wrong

1. Forrest - Starting 5 has lots of experience but the bench is a question mark. Those girls have not been in a meaningful game since middle school. The key to beating them is pressure Wesson she is a terrible ballhandler. Don't just take my word for it watch the tape of the state tournament game last year. That said they have a cake walk to a substate game at least.

 

you are right starting five has loads of expierience. The remark about the bench not so much they have been in loads of games that mattered esp this season. the bench came in the cascade game i mean they came in and did a fantastic job at scoring and on defense. the only problem is blair foster it seemed didnt have her head in the game. I was at that state tournament game and you r right but she has improved loads since last year. and dont give her an open three she will hit them all day and even one on one she will hit it but the problem is getting her man on man and open other than that forrest will win district 9A and could go undefeated and i disagree they could run into problems i mean some of the teams could give them a little trouble

forrest does not seem to be the same this year without all their starters from last year. their starters this year dont play as hard with the exception of schnap and henson the rest seem to come out flat
