  1. Actually, at Milan we sell season tickets. They have a season ticket holder section. No one is allowed to sit there except for the season ticket holders until kick off. THen it is fair game.

Playoffs there are no season tickets so first ones to pay the 7.00 gets the seats final!!!!!

  2. As to the vols recruitin, they just don't recruit as much as other school. I seen a few of there coaches at our practices in the spring to watch marsalis and dominique but they aren't doin anything like some of the other schools. Georgia tech had a coach at our basketball game last night with marsalis. He stayed durin the whole girls game and half the boys game. I haven't seen one tennessee coach put that much effort towards him. You have to show the player you want him if you wanna get him.

Coach Kiffin was at Henry County Wednesday to talk to Dominique and Marsalis.

  3. To answer your question Eric is a junior and as far as you iron I shouldn't have to answer any of these questions simply because you already think that you know the answer but anyway I will go ahead and answer these questions once again the commercial appeal did not make a mistake as to him playing in the Fairley game because TSSAA ruled him eligible apparently private schools have a 20 mile radius rule which means that no matter where you go if you are not 20 miles away from the private school that you attended you would be ineligible so even though we moved out of state it still wasn't 20 miles away from CBHS which means in my opinion is a bunch of hogwash that rule was simply designed to keep athletes who attended private schools at the private schools. Jason Smith got his information from Mr.Carter of TSSAA that's why he printed the article otherwise I don't think he would put his career on the line for information that he got that wasn't true after the Fairley game TSSAA got wind of the 20 mile radius rule so that means that his eligibility was once again in question. And as to why he left OB it was simply personal family matters that has nothing to do with sports my son loved OB and if he could have stayed that's where he would be now Coach Samsel and Coach Orr of the basketball team never had any problems with my child as a matter of fact they wrote a letter giving their approval to Eric leaving because of family matters and wished him the best and that letter came from the coaches as well as Mr.Brigance the principal. As for CBHS, pup loved Coach Locastro that's what coach L calls Eric they have a good relationship even to this day CBHS was a great opportunity for him it's one of the best schools in Memphis as far as education is concerned it was a great opportunity for him. But my husband had the opportunity to own his own business and that's what he went with so you guys have a great day and as far as my son Eric is concerned remember one thing he is still a child and I wish everyone would consider that when you make stupid comments about him and his dad because he read these blogs especially when you don't know either of them. Eric is not the only child in our family that we make decisions for so decisions are made to better our family and not just Eric.

Good luck to Eric and his family for the rest of his school days, they are very important!!!!

  4. Gabrielle Nash who is number 34 for Melrose was the starting back, I know because I was there and that was a misprint he did not score 5 points in basketball simply because he did not play.

i didnt say the starting back, I was there too and saw him run the ball three times

  5. Bigredforlife listen to what you are asking if Ronnie Carter and I'm just going to assume that you know who Mr.Carter is seeing that the majority of the people on here blogging on Coach T.com know so much about my son who actually really don't know nothing but anyways if the last game he played in was against Fairley and he hasn't played since then why would he be allowed to play basketball? But to let you all know yes he is eligible to play all sports cleared by the TSSAA I suggest everyone who aren't familiar with the bylaws of an eligible player and an ineligible player go to TSSAA website and read the requirements on making a player eligible.

I know you are not supposed to be playing Basketball if you are still in the playoffs in football and his name was announced as the running back last night against Henry Co., which might not have been right , if so then he should not have had points in the box scores on Coach T last week during a basketball game>

  6. Granted. You are good...very good, BUT I think one of your greatest weapons is not necassarily how good your team is, but how you have teams beat before they ever even play you. People automatically write Henry County down as a loss. They think that there is no way to stop your two studs on offense. If the people who say that the number 1 thing you need to win is heart and not necessarily talent mean what they say, then anything is possible. Not just with us, but with anyone you guys play. Underdogs don't just win in movies and books. If a team could ever really, truly, and wholely think that they could beat you or anybody else, and they go out and execute with all of the heart and effort in the world, no matter how much talent the underdog doesn't have, they could beat you.

I think if you will check the stats there are more than two studs on Henry Co. Offense, last time I counted there were eleven!!!!!
