That is all I'm saying, just an opinion. By the way, I have been at 29 of the Rebels games this year. 7 games is not enough to make any judgements. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. At least we are there. For the past 5 seasons we have played in the district championship and made it to at least the region semi-final. Not sure if Indy can say that, well yes, I am sire they can't say that. Remember Overton 2 years ago when they beat that so called great team Indy had. Nice!!!

They will see them Saturday night if both teams win Thursday night. They are the 5 seed and play Hillsboro. Congrats to all the FHS staff and players on hanging in there and some how making it happen. For the 5th straight year Frankin finishes on top of the district. Not bad to a team with a bad coach, Young who disappears in big games, Haddix who is soft, and Henry who can't handle pressure. By the way, this group of kids have NOT even played their best basketball yet. Watch out!!!!!!!!!

I think we all need to remember that coaches pick these awards by voting as a group. Players, fans, or people like us don't vote on these awards. Coaches love players like my boy Michael Young. He has done his steady, gritty play now for 2 years and coaches in this district love him. Need to start talking about him as the MVP. Oh, and by the way they his team finished 1st in the district.

Wow, this is coming from a guy, or girl, whose team just got beat by a team that has lost 4 or 5 games in the district. Also, a team that FHS has already beaten twice. You have done such a great job predicting basketball, now you are going to move on and put down FHS baseball. What has Indy done in baseball, especially compared to the past 3 years of FHS baseball. Have you ever even played a high school sport, no chess is not a high school sport. Just can't wait to stomp you boys when you make the ride up to Franklin in a couple weeks. Well, don't forget about Centennial. With a Drew Kelly, you always have to put them in there. Especially with Bristow coming soon. I believe someone told me he will be eligible sometime in February. He is the trasfer from BGA. Any word when he will start playing. Any word on the Hillwood/Ravenwood game. I believe it was at Hillwood and they don't keep an official home book, so it wasn't reported to the Tennessean.

I agree with you one thing you said brentwoodking, the officials were bad for both teams, I mean really bad. We did shoot poorly, part of that was due to Brentwood's game plan. I give Brentwood a lot of credit. They wanted this game more than the Rebels did. The Rebels realized things and put in a very solid foruth quarter out scoring BHS 27-20. After talking to several FHS players, this will be a wake up call for them. You will see a different team tomorrow night against Hillsboro.

Well, the only people who know I am a grandfather are Franklin supporters. Please don't call yourself a FHS supporter, you must agree with what Indy09 said.
