In two years Central will have D1 collage Swarming that place they have up to 3 maybe 4 D1 players up and coming on that team if they work hard and a Freshman that is possibly a D1 player if he works , This could be the next White Station and one of the Best set up teams I have ever seen in Chattanooga in a long time if there coach can keep them all together and they don't care about point and jeolousy possible there Starting 5 Sophmore in two years can all go D1. And what so crazy looks like they go at least 7 deep. With there other guys on the bench learning from the starters heck Central Could be Crazy good next year and the year after, Next year they can beat anyone in the city even Hamilton Heights and the following year Hamilton heights will get killed by the Pounders. Thats my prediction. Hope Central coach will play in some big tournaments next year and get them ready early, Of course I like to see them play in the Showcase at E. Ham. but they are scared of them, but E.Ham. Don't deserve to play in it with there losing record this is suppose to be the best teams in Chattanooga not the worst that plays in this tounament.

ok thanks, but good luck to ya, just making a honest assessment of what I see, but your coach is a miracle worker so far this year. People get mad when you tell them what you see but this is all guess work and any team can be beat.

I watch this Woods kids play he is not close to his brother , he was always given the job because of his name, so this is B.S he is not that good at all, they are better players and better Q.B. at East Ham. But his family history has put him in the driver seat and he will do fine, He will be a little better than the avg, Q.B. in this city, we heard how great a young Basketball player was at E. Ham. and he is proving to be below avg. for his hieght at E. Ham. most impart to do with Coaching. The good thing for Woods is he has a good Football Coach that will hold him accountable.

Only way Boyd beat Central is going be a lot of help from refs. Boyd cannot match up with the pounders at all, No one on that team can Match up will Tyron, Jordan Long or Trea Tiller, or Jmike Poole there just to Talented. I would like to see a good game but Central will beat Boyd by there largest defeat on this year, if the refs let them play. It could be 20 plus , I hope it's not the case, I want a barn burner. But being I cannot be there keep me updated if you don't I know Boyd getting Hammered. Good Luck to both teams.

I Agree with You, Central is has good has any teams in Chattanooga, now they have all there starter back ,they can beat anyone. Central will beat anyone in this city.

I watch Red Bank a while back and there not that good but Central is so fast and really coming along good you got speed in Tiller's and Tyron and Rodney, You have Length in Ryan, Long and Tiller and J,J. you have Muscle in Brian, and J.J. and Lewis, you have Tyron that can Dribble and Jordan and Rodney so you can't press, you Have Jmike that is just a baller. You have shooter in Jordan, Ryan Trea Tiller,Jmike and yes Tyron that boy has been working hard on his shooting and he is knocking it down. And he have Good Coaching. That is a team that is Hard to beat, On the Subject of Red Bank John Cherne is a great Coach, but he and Ms. Principle Mrs. Choy at East Ham. hate Cherne so that want happen, I am not a Cherne fan cause he is arrogate but he can coach. E. Ham. would be the team to beat if Cherne was there.

The Owls Losses to Soddy by 6 what in the heck happen, they should have won by 20 Plus.

Ok got Boyd close Final 84-45 Boyd won by 39, Central Killed Red Bank by 33 point could have won by 70 if the starters stayed in. East Ham Sucks, there coaching is awful, lost by 25 points to Walker Valley ,if they don't fire him they are crazy player are going to start leaving, and all is lost for E. Ham. Good player just bad ,bad ,bad coaching.

Baylor losses at Bradley Central but Baylor can win but I'll take Bradley by 8, Grace at CSAS, I will take CSAS by 12 Boyd kill Siverdale at SD by 30, East Ham at Walker valley losses be 18 coaches will make sure player held scoreless last time scores a lot this time but losses by 20, Tyner at Hixson wins by 25, East Ridge beat Howard by 6 but could loss this game if Eddie has 25 and two other plays have more than 12 apiece, Chattanooga Central beats Red bank by 15 to 20 but can loss if they don't play team ball. Hamilton Heights at CAK wins by 24 at CAK. IMO

I been hard on you and coach Tank but he is so much better coach than Stone and seems to be getting through his growing pains and the team is coming together at the right time, E. Ham. gets worse every year at the end of every year. Someone needs to start a petition to get Stone to step down his players Hate him. They all knows he is not doing what best for the team but B.S. everyone. He is trying to be a preacher. He need to be a politician.

Do you or do you not agree about my assessment of the coaching at E. Ham. that a perfect example of the coaching not adjusting, at all they don't know how to.

A follow up on my story, E. Ham loses to Cleveland by 19 but beat Cleveland by 6 or 8 the first time they played, Folks thats a 30 point swing thats just awful, Seems they are getting worse and I believe E. Ham. will lose there last two games of the season maybe by 15 or more. Feel real bad for the seniors. Also Baylor beat Mccallie , this game is alway hard to call because the emotional ties the two schools have, If player could just play based on talent along the outcome of a lot of games would be different. Grace put it on Silverdale. Silverdale is rebuilding, Grace, just not the Grace they used to be 2006-2010. Boyd rolls past CSAS but was closer but Boyd eased up on them some, CSAS p/g struggled like I thought he would, Congrat to Walker for his 1000 carrier points, well deserved, a lot of sweat and tears. A lot of basketball being played next week to determine sitting for district.

That funny but your Rec. league Guards would get smashed in AA. There 4 teams that are really coming together in AA, Tyner, Brainard , Central and East ridge all will beat the brakes of of them, Tyner is fast but Central is Faster but young , Brainard is big with only two real players, Tipton and Orlando, East Ridge has Eddie and Kolby not much speed, The Owls have Speed with not much talent except Jamicheal and Ben and a lot of Athletes just not ball players. Ya are getting a lot better thou and could be scary. IMO

Ya you are right, Boyd has done great, there a lot of "hard nose players" on that team, what really make them really good is there coach can coach his butt off, "East Ham". theres ya a coach. I still see Tyner 1 and Brainerd 2 Central can beat any team on any given night like I said at the start of the year, if they have all there starters on the court, the Owls are getting it together and playing much better, East Ridge is pretty darn good, But again Chattanooga Basketball is down, has a whole AA has some pretty good teams Tyner, Brainard, Central, East Ridge but outside of that there only Boyd in A. Boyd can flat play and they play the game how it should be played. I been hard on Boyd but make no mistake they can put the ball in the hole and I am a fan. Central out played you guys (Tyner) at ya place, But I don' see it happening next time ya play them ,but I would be cautious, With Jmike back and putting up numbers, Tayron Play very well, Ryan playing well Long should be at 100% with that leg and not to forget the Tiller boys hard noise playing style it could be hard to beat this young team. Owls are really start to understand what it takes to win jmicheal leads the charge and has to be the beat defender in Chattanooga, with Ben and Firtz is Starting to understand his role more than trying to just score. Tyner is getting much better there leader are Sydik , Tree and Hardwick why Hardwick ain't starting is crazy unless he got into trouble, he is much better than the owls boy, and Devonte is doing better but need a lot of work just a set shooter, which in college it ain't going to fly. Baby K is just a beast he is not the most talent ball player but he plays hard ever play. And Tyner is well coached. E. Ham. is Awful, they have talent but there just lead very poorly, they have real good talent that is always put in a bad situations, You have a P/G that can score and you clog the middle, you have a big guy that your coaching style or lack of, don't allow him to be successful but he get good stats when ya lose. your coaches are trying to hard to get certain players points and good stats, instead of letting the team gel ,you have 5 great player let them work it out and ya just coach x/o, this team will be a lot better. I feel real bad for this team I truly do. This is a team that should win 80 % of there games this year but has got worse has the year has gone on. E. Ham. will be has bad next year I see no growth. How do you have the most domanating Middle School team for the past 4 years and still suck. East Ridge is really coming along well I knew they would be in the top 4 teams, but a couple of the players are really stepping it up. Hixson is bad bad bad that all I can say another coaching change is needed. Red Bank seem to be getting better again there coaching is not that bad but not good either. Or the players are not listing to the coach. They have parents that need to step back and let the coaches do they job. Brainerd is good but not has good has I thought they would be. They have that tall coach that worked at Tyner rec, that can train but cannot coach he give teams a since of entitlement and that earn not given.But Tipton and Orlando is great player , there P/G is not near has good has he thinks , he could be good but need to work harder, he has all the making of a small collage player but I don't see improvement from the start of the year. Brainerd head coach is doing better than I thought but still not what Brainerd needed. Mccallie is playing much better but not the Mccallie we are use to. Mccallie is doing good with the players they have they have. Baylor is not that good but can sneak up on you and beat you. CSAS is ok in A there p/g they need a p/g there p/g need a wake-up call, if they had a p/g they could be really good. Howard is awful , without Cujoe they might not win a game this year, much has I like T-Mac it is the truth, but they won't be down for long, I believe Moose retire this year and they get a new coach with some fire and they get back on track , if not they will be down again next year. Grace need a new coach to he has lost his will to win but he can coach just his fire is out. Silverdale has a good coach with fire he just has very little talent. Lookout Valley is awful not much to say about them. Notre Dame is pretty bad Karrem is ok Tyler just don't have it. needs to work hard to get better, he has the body and everything but just not there. Berean Acadamy , I cannot believe I am even writing something on team, They are having there best season ever but just still not good at all. Signal Mountain is doing great with what they have, they play hard and never gives up. Chattanooga Christian is not that good and they should be much better. And lets not forget Hamilton Heights great team ,talented player, good kids, good coach,good leadership, headed in the right direction. Congrat to them. Ya the Pounder looked to be rolling in the right direction, Our big man played great "Brandon". Tyron played really good, Long" made some great passes and lead in scoring and Assist, didn't play maybe half of the game, one player shot 3 times has much has he should. Coaching did a great job. Overall crowd was great, support is there from the fans. Howard Crowd was maybe 25 just not doing well. Congrat to Signal and by the way Tyner will beat the Owls by 50 points Passive is a crazy ain't you coach.

No disrespect to Baby K from Tyner he did a great job in the Scenic City Showcase, But he made the all tournament team over Sydik thats the great work of the Stone ,If your confident and not a yes man they will do everything in there power to bring you down. With out Sydik this team would not be were there at today not even close he is a fierce, Just them again trying to flex there muscle , when they have none.

Spence is a better over-all Athlete than anyone in Owls land, Yes he is cocky but that just him and if "Passyoutobegood" would take the time to get to know more Athletes in the area instead of looking thru one eye he will see, he is a total idiot. Can not talk to this guy if you say the same thing he says he will fuss with you. That tournament was great for ya, he is just mad cause they will never play in it. Owls Would be in 6th or 7th in our district Maybe before Hixson.
