Just thought that I would throw my .02 in the ring...I really like Coach Stafford. She helped me alot with my girl. I think that Coach McCord will bring new life into the program. What we as DC Faithful have to do now is get behind him and our girls. The program will only be as good as the support team. Look at what the other good programs have...a REALLY STRONG booster club!! I will be behind them 100% especially as long as my girl is there. Looking forward to an exciting new year...GO DCHS LADY CHOCTAWS:)

Been a while since I was on here. Hope all is going good with the Big Red Faithful. Just wanted to let y'all know that Big Dunn #67 signed with the gang at Bethel College yesterday. Since this is my "little" monster I can say that I am VERY PROUD of him.

Hey man...right now he is duck hunting...hehehehe!! We go Thursday for the usual intro surgery stuff. The surgery is scheduled for the 27th. He is doing fine other than that. Okay, who is going to the game tomorrow? We will have the Big Red War Wagon there along with The Gator and Michael...never saw a gator shiver until this morning when I told him they were calling for snow there. I thought that his skin would be thick enough. Michael is running around with enough clothes on to clothe a family of eskimos...DON"T DROP THAT!! We made a special "East TN" version of voodoo juice for this game. MMMM...SMOOOOTH!!

He said that they gave them a sheet to fill out last nite with their number choices on them. I asked him when he will know if he gets his number and he said that they didn't say. I guess we will have to wait and see.

My boy said that everything went well. They will be in pads today and tomorrow 2x and then have a light practice on Friday. The offense they were running is pretty much an I-formation.

Winger, everything is good with Caleb. I delivered him yesterday and he called me today after the first practice. He and the rest of the West Team is ready to have fun and play. This should be a very good game. Can't wait. May have to take The Gator and Michael to see this one...hehehe!!

My hat's off to Maplewood...y'all beat us in the end. Now go get Maryville!! At least we can say you won. Never know who will win...that is why they play. All of the negative that has been spread has been over board. I know of several boys that came by and spoke to me and my son on the field and were nothing more than greatful and fist class. We even had the head coach look up my boy and check on him. He also told me that nobody had handled #55 like he did. That is the good stuff...

Thanks tdntn. We had been told that one of the boys from the West may have to be put on the East team. Just wondered. Both of the line-ups look really good. Lots of talent!!

I have noticed that there is not a listing for the Center position on the East's Offense...anybody have any idea who they have for that position?

It happend Friday nite during the 4th quarter. That is why they didn't let him go back in during the OT's. He was heartbroke over the loss and not getting to play at the end.

He is doing some PT till we go to CN so that he will have full range of motion. Doc said that he should be ok. Going to re-evaluate it when we get back.

OH YEAH...the voodoo pot will be brewing for years to come!!! Talked about this very thing with my boy last night. He too thinks that next year's bunch will be just as good, if not better, than this year's. He said that the Jelks boy that is his back-up will be just as good as he is. He has been working with him throughout the playoffs getting him ready. And then there is Dominque's brother...WOW...not to mention that we have both he and Teague back again next year. Gaddis has plenty to work with.

What a wonderful day for a football game!! The day that we have waited for since last year is finally here again. We will not be denied again this year!! WOW!! Another day of interesting post. What...no you can't get on here and type something. I can't wait till tomorrow nite. It is going to be...What?? I know you have a great idea...you always have a great idea. The Gator has this idea that he is wanting to send. He says you know how at NASCAR races they give out things on the way out of the race like soap, detergent, etc? He thinks that we should give out bags of Kitty Litter. I am afraid to ask but WHY? He says so that they will have something to...NO... once we have beat the...STOP THAT!! I am sorry. That was a little out of line...all in good fun though. I have ran him out of here.
