Mlk wins easy...the rest is a toss up MLK will probably take two of top five spots Watch for Tyler Kepley from macon county he'll be top five if not three.. loren newsom will be a contender too... no clear favorite in my opinion it'll be fun to watch... i'm pulling for Tyler to win but we'll see

Although I agree with this mostly, do u really think that DL will be top 5? Unless Im mistaken, they lost six of their seven varsity last year. Now they do normally pull one out of their butt, but for the sake of logical debate, why not put dyersburg ahead of them? 15 pts away from first last year and looking strongish.

If you're looking for a beastly hurdler, you'll be dissapointed to know that one of the best hurdlers in the state is A/AA. I'm talking about Ben Tankard. I mean he runs like a 14.5 110m/h with a hamstring injury! He is also pretty good in the 300h. Oh he is from MLK.

Not sure Coach Pat Dyer would agree with that!!!!!!! He won and was defiently not idolized, but instead run out of town.

You sure about that? If it was such a horrible place, why did he apply to come back a year after he left the program???

Macon is starving for someone to build a football program. If the right person were to build it, the town would fall in line.

The scores will be much much larger than this. This is only the top 5 from each team so things are bound to change. Also, MLK 5, DL 5, and MC 5 all have run 18:33.xx on this course. I didn't actually bother to check the decimals so I just threw MLK last cause they didn't need it and flipped a coin between MC and DL. With MLK's (and everyone else's) weak 5th man, I'd be surprised if the winner scores under 100 points.

MLK and DL and Dyersburg are the top three teams this year for sure. but when we talk individuals Konnor Kessler will no doubt place top five but im betting he wont be too far behind mark cole so keep a look out for him to finish top 5 or better

theres a district race tomorrow that should be a good indicator. fra, lipscomb, and mlk are all going at it and i think everyone is sending out their A team.

I'm predicting a 6th or 7th place finish for Collegedale. FRA will probably fall out of the top 5 (for once) if stealth is correct about the quality diminishing.

steeple really is its own beast. its pretty unique in its deceptively hard nature. i dont like comparing times on other courses...but everyone doesnt run steeple enough to get a good feel for whose got what.
