haha i finally got my mile down to a 5:30 i know its not much but with my injury its alot so im comming back to hang with the big dogs now haha

When is the next major/bigger meet in middle TN that would showcase the state's best runners? I want to watch it because only seeing State XC last year and seeing some of the guys like Coniglio, Johnson, Mahaney, and Davis in State for Track gives me nothing on which to base my complete bias for my school. I only care because a bunch of my friends run/have ran XC.

tennesee classic is the biggets one besides state and reagion but if you check out the hill courses that should give you a look on whos got who

Not very definitively sure. But the current idea is a pinched sciatic nerve. That nerve runs from the lower back all the way down to the foot. So the whole leg is in massive pain at every step. A muscle is pushing against this nerve cause it to coil up and die on me.

 

We'll see where we go from here.

ok im a sophomore and this is my second year running xc but i have a knee cap displacement and im only running a 21 now is that still good

good race today guys i had my best time all year and i usually do bad at that course

wat do y'all think of the dickson county course being our reagoinals this year i think its gonna be tough kuz that course is a killer
