  1. He had success in the receiving game i agree and still dont understand why Franklin didnt just triple him every time since i think i saw two passes go to another player.

but you were wrong in saying Yazzie would be the x-facctor

you were wrong in talking him up so much for THIS game...... thats all im saying and your prediction but everyone is wrong with predictions occasionally so that doesnt matter. and as for the dangerous Offense i guess you meant the dangerous Yazzie cuz i dint see a single bit of life out of any other offensive player other than him other than i think it was #35 who ran the ball very well against franklins back ups.

Yep, none of the other players did too hot tonight.

And it was #34 Whit Gray, a sophomore that the Commando faithful are very excited about that was running hard at the end of the game. Good to see him keep on going even when the game was out of reach!

  2. i see you having to eat your words about Yazzie..... and everything else you were wrong about in those quotes

    UGGGHHHHHHH

    alright, here we go:

my first quote, i said coach hat knows how to beat Franklin (he does, duh) and i said the team must execute (they didn't, so what does this prove?) I said get the ball to Yazzie a lot (he had success in case you didn't notice in the receiving game, you guys had ONE hit on him and think you killed him)

my second quote, i said Franklin gets good pressure (they do), it could play into the Wing-T (there weren't that many misdirections called, but when they did, they worked decently, not as good as hoped of course), and then i said Franklin had great RBs (uhhhhhh, they do)

my third quote, i said the Commandos would have to rely on other players (they didn't get the production out of them, thus they lost), actually that post kind of proves my point hahaha, they had to get EVERYONE involved, not just Yazzie

    So...uhh.......crow eaten?

  3. YOUR golden boy referring to how yall idolized him and made him sound so amazing... best summed up by midtnbaseball saying that in yalls eyes he was god....

and yes i agree the mullet post was pretty gay.

Whatever man, this is clearly going nowhere....

Congrats to the Rebels, ya'll played a heck of a game, and deserved to win. Good luck in winning state.

  4. o and Hville football this is your crow

    your quotes...

Hendersonville plays hard and gets a repeat of two years ago.

    HHS- 21

    FHS- 17

Coach Hatfield knows how to beat Franklin, don't worry about that. Doesn't matter if you KNOW how, players have to work hard and EXECUTE on Friday night. Most importantly though......get the ball to Yazzie.

The big thing I saw from Franklin's D is they get tremendous pressure on the QB and the RB if he gets it. That may actually play into Hville's hand with their Wing-T and it's misdirection plays, they can catch an aggressive D in a bad position. I think the X factor in this game has got to be Yazzie (I know everyone is sick of hearing his name, but he really is that good), although it could also be those RBs from Franklin, ya'll got some hosses running the ball down there!

Don't just think it's Yazzie though, the Commandos have a host of very good players that you gotta watch out for as a defense. Hall, Murrel, Armstrong, Hill, Stockwell, Harris, and Gray are a few that come to mind that have come up big when it matters most this season. Not to mention that big O-line that reminds me of Commando teams of the past, this is a dangerous offense with a lot of talent.

    Living legend.... (seriously)

    ..........

    OK?

I don't see anything disrespectful there, do you?

  5. alright ill eat crow on that one i dont remember reading that post but to say that everyone is attacking him is an overstaement because other than that there are no personal attacks on him.

"Yazzie does have a nice "perm" you have to admit"

.....that one is just plain gay, so I'll let it go.

"Alex Ford met your "golden-boy" Yazzie one-on-one on the outside, and Ford blew by him leaving him grasping at air like a kid with asthma reaching for a rebound in a basketball game."

Are you even reading the posts?

How much longer do I have to do this????

    HHS ALL HAIL!!

  6. we arent ripping on yazzie get off of that we are ripping on the posters who said Franklin wouldnt be able to stop him. so just stop posting. eat your crow and enjoy it.

What crow do I have to eat sir?

"Yazzie clear that locker room out football season is over and yeah ford made u look silly and hhs refion 65 a made you look overated ,woops u are"

Not direct trash talk to a high school player, then I don't know what is. Get over yourself.

That is partially true. Had those three schools been in region 5, they along with Hendersonville would have been in the playoffs. But it's pretty much the same every year, where the 5th and 6th place teams in region 6 would have made they playoffs had they been in region 5.

Uhhhhhh, let me make this clear. Dickson County WOULD NOT have made it to the playoffs in Region 5. They just wouldn't.

  7. Seriously guys, quit ripping on Yazzie. If Hville would have won, it wouldn't have been all because of him and when they lost, it wasn't because of him. That's just a stupid thing to say to begin with, that one player makes a team. And yeah, I think that if Yazzie made a prediction about this game (which I had never heard personally), who cares? How many of you at 17 or 18 wouldn't predict your team to win?

  8. I posted that about Franklin's punting game. Ravenwood's special teams (along with Yazzie) destroyed any hope of upsetting HHS. Hope the game didn't get as uglt as the posters are making it sound. Rebels, you won, now move on to Brentwood. They are sure to believe they have your number. I've said several times this season that Franklin has absolutely no excuse for not winning state. Now go do it!

Well it was a dominant game by Franklin, no doubt they deserved to win. BUT it wasn't quite as bad as it looked. Commandos were within the 10 at the very end of the 3rd quarter and threw a pick, had they scored it would have been 28-14 at that point, so Hendersonville was still in the game until the 4th quarter.

But in all honesty, you could just see that Franklin had this one from the start, they came out pumped and kept it going. That is one heck of a running game ya'll got with about 3 RBs that can kill you.

As for the late hits and unsportsmanlike penalties by the Commandos, I certainly don't support them of course, but I understand them. I mean, those were a bunch of seniors that certainly didn't expect to go out like that, and they were frustrated, it happens, but it certainly shouldn't I agree.

  9. Yazzie does have a nice "perm" you have to admit /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> Another Rebel vs. Bruin matchup. You Commandos are invited if you wanna come watch a couple of real football teams play /hungry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":hungry:" border="0" alt="hungry.gif" />

Did you really just make fun of someone's hair?

    ....you're a fruit.

  10. Yazzie is a very good player, he showed that against many opponents, including my Raptors. Will he be playing in college? He appears to have alot to offer. I didn't see this game so not sure how he did but it sounds like the Rebels shut him down.

They did on special teams. Great coverage and a fantastic punter. He got some good receptions but it really didn't matter in the long run.

  11. I called out Yazzie by name, yes I did. Because I wish I could go back and add up every time you all pointed to him as the deciding factor in the game. I hope we all saw the YouTube video warning Franklin of the oncoming slaughter. H'ville called Franklin out, and Franklin responded. Yazzie is no Alex Ford, is that understood Hendersonville? He predicted a win, and now I think he should swallow those words.

You're talking about what some random guy did at his house dude, that's who called Franklin out. And here's the thing, you're calling out Yazzie himself, not the posters who bragged about him. Congrats on having Alex Ford though I guess, if that's what you're looking for, he is a great football player.

    Good luck to the Rebels.

  12. Good game to Franklin, great team without a doubt. Hope ya'll win state and I really think you guys can. The RBs on that team are just golden plain and simple. Hendersonville seniors, don't hang your head for a second. You guys did something great here, bringing respect back to Hville for the first time in years (except from a few obnoxious posters on here). You're a better team then that final score indicates, and we all know it, Franklin was just by far the better team tonight.

As for people on here bashing Yazzie, step back and realize what you're doing. You're teasing a kid BY NAME for his team losing......wow, that is probably the most pathetic thing I've seen in a while. I can guarantee you this right now, you won't EVER see an Hville fan calling out someone by name like that on here, that's pathetic guys.

    HHS ALL HAIL!!

  13. have advatage over them on all sides of the ball, homefield amounts to nothing as Rebels been at vandy this year,Mccallie, and of course the other Williamson county schools (where unlike HHS cant fill thier own side of the bleachers, but reason due to other county games )

HHS lives on the poor us, our special wing-t - look at common opponets played this year will tell u alot and what to see this friday......

    GO REBS

Why do you hate Hendersonville so much?

  14. I wasn't the only adult that made that observation.

HF why wasn't there more fans there?

There were a good chunk of people there and it was much louder than the Ravenwood side. They will be more people this week, should be a great atmosphere. I thought we were just talking about the student section though which was loud and full.

if hville comes out and actually plays i say

    Franklin-28

    HHS-31

Are you really a Franklin fan, or is this just a sad attempt to fire up your troops? /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

  15. The Ravenwood crowd was 3 X better than the Commando crowd. The football boosters and others in the stands were talking about how the small group of R'wood fans were louder than the home side. I saw Ravenwood a few years ago against HLane and they brought enough to fill up the visitor side 4 deep and had the hill full and they were loud and proud.

H'ville fans? Where were they last Fri Night? I've been to playoff games in OR, DB, Maryville, Red bank, Farragut and others and that's the worse home field side I've been on. Lots of seats not filled and quiet crowd. I've stood in 6 in;s of mud and rain coming down at Red Bank watching DB get beat and the stands were packed on both sides.

    Why were the stands not packed? It wasn't that cold. /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />

You've got to be kidding me, you can't sit here and tell me that Ravenwood was louder in that game. I was there, and man, you are just plain wrong!

  16. cant see the fuss- ohh i will be loud and proud and make sure you hear from me all week how bad your gonna be spanked...... and i will remind you next week as well

Geez man, I was just saying that I didn't think Franklin was some unstoppable force like many people seem to be saying. If that's how they played against a Ravenwood team that was experiencing one of their "bad" weeks, I like Hendersonville's chances against them after seeing them play a Ravenwood tema that was in one of their "good" weeks. I'm not guaranteeing a win or anything, just saying it should be a good close game.

  17. I watched the Franklin highlights vs Ravenwood on Youtube, and frankly I don't see what the fuss is about. Both Franklin and Hendersonville could run on Ravenwood at will, it's just that Hville continuously tried to pass the ball in our game.

All in all, should be another great game in Hendersonville this week, I can't wait!
