i wish greenback had a bi-week so i could watch this match up espically after all the support we recieved from Maryville and Alcoa last year. Good luck to both teams. This is one game that i never bet on simply because you just dont bet against Maryville. Not saying Alcoa isnt tough, I just will have to wait and see it on FNH i guess.

How can anyone even give LC a chance..I go to Greenback and the talk of the school today is who is going to this game. Can anyone clear up if the News picked Lenior City to win? I have grown up in a HUGE rivalry against Loudon but this game is all them. Matt and Wade will have big games I expect. Good luck to both teams

WOW! That game is over. This is Oneida vs. Greenback. Not to be rude but I really get tired of all the publicity y'all get. Its crazy! We beat you get over it. If you want to continue talkin about that game there is a total topic all about it. As for the me... I want to move on from that game and prepare for this one. I will have to say Oneida again on this one. Oneida has a great rushing offense and that alone should take care of it. David Amos of Grace Christian rushed for over 200 yards in the loss to Greenback. We (Grace) simply could not stop their passing game though. Oneida has a great defense only allowing an average of 6 points per game. The Indians will shut down the passing attack of Greenback.

I cant put into words how excited I am for this game, I love playing a team with good atheletes on the line. It provides Bear and I with a challenge. We are ready for the one this week. I don't know why you keep saying you had your second team in the 4th qtr. when you know it is not true. Greenback knew how quickly we can strike and that is why they left ALL their starters in until 1:34 left in game. Read the sentinnel today, it even say's the same thing. The news sentinnel guy was sitting right beside me in the pressbox and he acknowledged it. You guys whipped us, I am not denying that, but get your facts straight. We scored 22 in the fourth on your starters, but a little to late.

Ha ha! Grace is talking about being a bad winner. Who is the one that tried to blow out teams every game (not GB). Face it you lost Can we please move on from this game....for crying out loud people we have Oneida next week. Who cares about Grace Christian? The score was 61-33 they gave good effort and and they played hard. We just came out victorious. Thats all that needs to be said.

Oh! that would be really fun...I like to beat Grace twice .....wrestling and Football dream come true. But I would like to know why in the first quarter the short stalky coach from Grace was yelling at me saying you cant stop it lol I do believe we did. Also we sat out alot of our #1s at the beggining of the 3rd quarter. i.e. #31 #15 #5 #63(ejected) #28(Also ejected) and btw our starting and Fullback is out I will say this though... if that quarterback didnt get lucky i was returning that pass for 6 baby.

Not to rehash an old argument, but a schools AD can send in a letter of reccomendation of approval of a students transfer but the final decision is made by a TSSAA executive. The executive does not have to take the reccomendation into consideration. A player can also play immediately if they can prove that the transfer wasn't because of athletic reasons.

By the new classifications, tonights game is a preview to next years district game. The new face of District 3A will be Greenback, Grace Christian, Harriman, Midway, Rockwood, and Tellico Plains, with Berean Christian, Knox. Christian, and TSD joining in other sports.
