did some seriously just say that HOUSTON looks to be #1 in region X AGAIN? correct me if im wrong but im pretty they never beat collierville in the past 4 years..and collierville won region 3 times out of that 4..that may not be the case this season, but that kinda made me raise an eyebrow

What was that this sport requires good health? When I wrestled I would lose 35 lbs 3 of my 4 years I was far from healthy
Well i really wasnt including the abnormal. You choose to loose 35lbs to wrestle at the weight of your choice. I knew many that did the same as you and i know how hard it must have been for you. Its just that the new generation of wrestlers need to be looked after their first year.
-
I just cant beleive that heavyweight had to be upped by 10pounds. 275 to 285. Im not coming down on the heavy weights!!! Wrestlers and coaches need to understand that wrestling is a sport the requires good health. In order to wrestle well, They need to train everyday and watch what they eat,(that includes not eating KFC or Taco heck)!! Some coaches watch their wrestlers at school during lunch but most do not. I think in order to have a TOP wrestling team that coaches sould pay more attention to what their wrestlers eat and do while outside of school. What do yall think?
-
I just cant beleive that heavyweight had to be upped by 10pounds. 275 to 285, What is the world coming to. Hammonds2010 im not trying to steal your topic but its a really issue.
-
So now that we have had some wrestling who do you think will win region in each weight class

112-King(cor)
119-Johnson(hou)?

I say Houston has a great chance at being #1 in Region AGAIN. It looks to me that they have started out well and will probably get even stronger. Good Luck Houston Mustangs
-
NO
Still ponies no horses. Livingston is tough but he can't carry the whole team. There were only 5 other ponies there.
I would say it looks grim. I see sba has made his new mark at the brothers.
Lol, So Region X, Are you sayin that Wright, Schmit, and Rad, (Smith graduated in 06) were ponies. I think not!!!! They were great Mustangs. Wright- Champion many times and a great wrestler. Schmit region champ!! and Rad came to wrestle half way through the season and still did really well. So ponies, I think not, If you cant settle with Mustangs, atleats spell Ponies with a uppercase "P" and give them credit. Football is over for most of the teams in Region 10 so the FUN has not begun. We will see who will be the Champ very soon. I cant wait!!!
-
Come on, No way that thay can be that close to one another. (Uhmm 189)Not pointing finger< but, One of the two is cheating a little off the other one. Does anyone else think that!! Ofcourse yall do. But theres not a problem, its good to see what people think on rankings. In a way it builds up some Loud compitetion this season.
-
Cordova would be #1 if all the recruits show up. If not Arlington is #1, all returning starters and first Sr. class. Collierville will be a contender. Houston might slip into the top 5, probably not, no horses left, only ponies. Bolton and Bartlett will round out the top 5.
Houston finished really well at the Preseason Tournament This past weekend. RegionX, Do you wanna change your mind on you predictions?
-
Just my opinion!!!!
