Other RB is a senior as well as the QB. We have a JR that has played some QB this season. Some drop off in accuracy but he has a good arm and he is more of a running threat.

Forgot to add...coach Swenson says "Scott (Sowell) is fine". He went on to say he could have played last week if necessary.

This argument is growing extremely tired. Just who has L.C. played that is so great? If you say Mt. Pleasant I believe I will vomit! We have been playing the same teams!

If the shoe fits...sorry my line was not as classy as your "dummie" remark! Look, it all comes down to this- you all do not have the team speed that we do. I am not sure about your squad but I know our squad has a lot of heart. Guess we will find out who has more on Friday. I think this game comes down to your defense against our offense. I would speculate that your defense will not have the speed to keep up with us and that will be the difference. P.S.- Be careful when trying to spell big words like 'mediocre', 'awakening' and 'dimensional'. Only so much can be expected of that Lewis County education!

I am not even sure why we are still having this conversation. There is no argument here. Harpeth is clearly the better team. I think eaglepride was just commending his winless team for a moral victory. Besides, isn't this posting about the East/Loretto game?

Don't know how accurate this is but I heard from a good source that East is down to 28 on the team.

Pleasant just lost to a mediocre school this past week. Moore County has almost given up as many points as they have scored this season. Lawrence Co. would crush Mt.P and Hightower would pick his teeth with Marco Dailey. Speaking of Marco Dailey...great player and he is a different kind of player than Sowell based on his QB play. However, as a runner I would put Sowell up to Dailey's level. Sowell averages more yards per carry and has scored more rushing TDs than Dailey and he has played one less game than Dailey. All of this while playing against better competition than Dailey. Your 3rd point doesn't make any sense since it doesn't favor one team over the other. I am not going anywhere after Friday night. If we lose, I will admit you had the better team that night. Neither of our seasons are over regardless of this game's outcome. As for your giving up one or two TDs besides the Mt.P game, I think you need to look again.

Actually it is 10.3 points per game. I think you need to factor in turnovers and when the points were scored against a defense in order to make this argument legitimate.

Ever hear of a run-on sentence? Reading your posts is torturous! Glad to know you are from Hole-In-The-Wall. Interesting that you chose to quote one of my posts that was directed at someone else. Why not respond to the post I made directed at you? Embarrassed that you misquoted East Robertson's record? Can't back up your own statements about L.C. being better than us at every position? In order to get respect you first have to give it. The first thing I read from you was your bold prediction of a 35-14 L.C. victory. That is not giving H.C. the respect they deserve. Use punctuation and capitalization, compile a complete sentence and give the Dawgs the respect they deserve. Then we can communicate through respectful conversation.

The shut-up juice is going to be served up in huge quantities from the dawg bowl this coming Saturday morning.

Why don't you ask Hightower or his coach why he only ran the ball 4 times against us? He was scared just like the Panthers are going to be early in the first quarter on Friday night.

Correction, East Robertson was 2-4 when we played them. Not much better than 1-6 but if you are going to post on here, you better get your facts straight. What positions are you better at? QB, I don't think so. My boy E.C. is an experienced senior leader. RB, please...we have more speed there than you all can handle. Speaking of speed, we have a WR that is 6'4" that will run circles around your secondary. On D, we are strong on the line, experienced linebackers and our secondary is fast and athletic. As for shutting down Sowell, this shoots holes in your credibility. Get your bib on, cause come Friday night at 9:30 you are going to be chowing down on some bird!!!

You are living in a dream world. But I didn't expect much after seeing your "creative" screen name. Have you even seen HC play? The only team that has been within 20 points of us was Marshall Co. and they have gone undefeated since our game. No way your prediction is even close to correct. Sowell didn't play at all last night and we still won 43-6.
