If they strap on pads in 6 days they will be in violation of the TSSAA.

Solly, when I worked for the MPD I was assigned to the housing authority. I remember giving a couple of Red Rebel football players bikes during the summer before the '98 State Championship season. They rode those bikes back and forth to the high school all summer. They were both starters and one went D-1.

That is a TSSAA violation. I'm sure that wasn't the intent.

Since you are a fountain of knowledge could you explain to me what the inside veer is? Or maybe you could tell me what the difference is between zone and man coverage because i'm a little confused. If nothing else could you please explain to me what a "zone" play is?

Why don't you give us the run down of how you block it against the 50, 4-3, and 3-3 stack SCP1999. Who's the qb reading in each? Zone play against which defense? Now start spouting fountain.

I have never heard of anyone claiming it was unfair for Trousdale County to be in 1a. That given, why would you expect that to happen in the future? You folks sure do play great football in Maryville, however your logic classes need a new instructor.

litttle league play. Runner at second and short stop runs around runner who has taken a lead. SS falls flat on his face right in front of the runner. Runner looks down at ss on the ground while 2b slides over and applies tag for pickoff. I saw it work twice for these boys. 10 or 11 year olds I think.

Can't take a lead in little league.

Either do a complete split or put all divisions back together, including scholarship. If small publics have to play privates so should the large publics.

It's against the rules to wish a team good luck? I suggest that you will need the luck because you are in 5A and you have struggled for several years. I hope ELA turns you into a yearly playoff team. I have no personal agenda against him. I am, however, familiar with his tenure at "Celina" aka Clay County and also at Stewart County. I am somewhat suprised that he was given the reigns to a 5a program. This is not bashing, just an opinion. If you are going to put yourself in the position of a head football coach your skin had better be thick enough to take that. You'll get much worse every Friday night. Also, I didn't know you could make a "positive comment only" thread.

With the graduation of many of FCS's state championship team members is Trousdale ready to take the lead in 8a?

1. Rockwood (Lock)

3. Richland (Unless Loretto beats Fairview, then Richland is 3 seed and Fairview is out)

- If Cannon Beats Smith they are in @ 6-4 (Cal Preps predicts Smith 28 - Cannon 14)

- If Adamsville beats Huntington they are in @ 6-4 (C P predicts Hunt. 35 - Adam. 8)

- If 1 or less of Cannon or Richland wins, Upperman will be in with a win against York (This will make them 5-5 with a win over two .500 teams.)

- If 1 or less of above occurs, Marion is in with a win over Sequatchie if Whitwell beats Silverdale ( This will give Marion a win over two .500 teams and a record of 5-5) Marion can still get in if Whitwell looses because their opponets, not counting Taft, have won 43 games.

Assuming Cannon, Adamsville, Upperman loose(All are out because of no win over a .500 team or loosing record)

- Harpeth is out even if they win because their opponets don't have enough wins (38).

- Humbolt is out even @ 5-5 unless Crockett Co. beats Dyer County. This will give Humbolt a win against one .500 team since they beat Crockett. Humbolts opponets have 49 wins as of now. Cal Preps predicts Dyer County 28 - Crockett County 14.

- Sweetwater is in @ 5-5 if they beat Oliver Springs (Cal Preps Sweetwater 26 - OS 19) Sweetwater has a win over one .500 team and their opponets have won 45 games.

Wins of teams faced will change after Friday, however that should somewhat balance out. Granted their are games to be played and this is based on predictions, however it is the best I could come up with after extensive research.
