Fortunes can change quickly at the AA/AAA level but I would have to go with Camden as being the favorite right now. Cheatham is always competitive and I could see them challenging. You have got to admire the job that the guy at Stewart Co. has done. I think it should be a very competitive district.
JUST KINDA PLAYING WE ALL LOOK FORWARD TO NEW TEAMS FANS AND COACHES.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!

In Class A, Districts 7 and 8 will unite and form a nine-team Region 4-A football schedule because there are so few teams in that area playing football. The region includes Clay County, Monterey, Pickett County, Jackson County, Gordonsville, Red Boiling Springs, Friendship, Trousdale County and Watertown.
My bad, I re-read the article and saw it the seond time through.
READY TO PICK A WINNER? MY PICK CHEATHAM COUNTY

Leave it to the TSSAA to throw some curveballs in there.
Camden to Monterey 192 miles 3 hours
SEEMS TO BE PRETTY COMPETITIVE DISTRICT THOUGH SHOULD BE GOOD FOOTBALL

I think it might be by 14 if the let them play. If they call a tight game it could be as little as 6. What kind of shooter is Mark Campbell? I saw he scored alot their first game out.
good shooter seems to get frustrated at times needs to just settle in and play

CHEATHAM IS A UNDERSIZED GROUP WHO MAKE UP FOR THIS WITH TEAM SPEED UP AND DOWN COURT
JUST A TYPICAL STIGALL COACHED TTEAM WHOM GETS THE MOST OUT OF WHAT HE HAS THERE ARE SOMEE KIDS WITH SKILL #3 LOOKS TO BE A REAL IMPROVED PLAYER CHEATHAM LACKS A BIG MAN INSIDE FOR THE MOST PART THERE A ONE SHOT WONDER NEED HELP INSIDE FOR SECOND AND THIRD SHOTS WILL TAKE TEAMS ALL THE WAY TO BUZZER.

Cheatham Co. is a typical Cheatham Co. team up front. Early in the season in the losses to Gordonsville, Sycamore, & Greenbrier the Cubs front was whipped. Since the 0-6 start in this four game winning streak it's been the Cubs who've soundly beaten teams up front. In order to be successful this has to always be an area in which Cheatham Co. gets the better of their opponents.
Some of the players that played earlier in the season have QUIT THE TEAM and new players have stepped in and done an amazing job in the trenches for the Cubs. 5 PLAYERS THAT WERE SLATED TO BE MAJOR CONTRIBUTORS ARE ALL GONE & THE CUBS ARE BETTER OFF WITHOUT THOSE GUYS!!!! The group that has played together up front on both sides of the football for the last four weeks has been a main reason for the Cubs success.
THIS MUST CONTINUE TO BE THE CASE FOR CHEATHAM TO ADVANCE & STAY ALIVE!!!!!
CUBS ARE KNOWN AROUND REGION AS A HARD HITTING NO QUIT FOOTBALL TEAM GLAD TO HERE CUBS ARE BACK ON TRACK

I HAPPEN TO RUN INTO SOME PATRIOT FANS THAT SAID CUBS FRONT 5 ARE GETTING BETTER WEEK IN WEEK OUT DOES ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE THIS INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS PATRIOTS MANHANDLED UPFRONT IS THIS THE SAME GROUP THAT STARTED THE YEAR OR IS THIS SOME OF THE CHANGES THEIR COACH SPOKE OF IN THE PAPER????

I assure you cheatham county had no strings to pull because there is no one that supports any of the programs within the school. administration could care less
