The Tomcats wraped up a Region championship last night with a win v. obion to remain undefeated in region play with ripley next week. also undefeated v. 3A competition.
SWO, The Tomcats did clinch the region championship last night, and I would like to congratulate them. The rivalry between Haywood and Ripley is an old one, and the Tomcats and Tigers always play each other tough...no matter what their records, so the Cat's better bring their A game on all hallows eve!
Yes, the Tomcats are undefeated in 3A, but I'm not sure what you meant about "also undefeated v. 3A competition." The Tigers have lost to Dyersburg (35-0), Crockett County (41-3), Dyer County (24-0), and Covington (31-25).
Let's hope the Cats' do not have a let down, and we can go into the play-offs with an undefeated region record. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

I would like to know the correct date for the Ripley vs. Milan football game. After looking at the websites for both schools, Ripley's schedule indicates that the game is to be played on October 14. Milan's schedule indicates that the game is to be played September 9. Which one is correct?
Sorry, I couldn't get the following links to work.
