I'm not form either white house nor la. congrats to both teams for making it this far but i say white house wins this.

What time is the LA vs. SC game? And the Upperman vs. White House game?

Can anyone tell me how many seniors upperman loses this year and what do you think about a player moving to another county to play basketball cause they don't get the attention they deserve where they are now?

Upperman has no seniors for the boys 1 for the girls. If your a junior and you have 1 year left then why change schools that's stupid. If you want to go to college and play ball and your good then they will come watch you play. Transfering to Upperman jus to get playing time is stupid cause if they return the same people from the team this year which i hope to see happen next year then you might be transfering for no reason cause your gonna have to battle to take spots and the starting rotation at the beginning of the year is gonna be hard to take from someone cause all 5 starters for Upperman are good so are the 3-4 people that come off the bench. So.. I'm jus saying its pretty dumb to transfer cause you could get more playing time and you could get less than what your gettin at dc. but if you want to transfer do it i don't see why dc has a pretty good team this year. I thought they would be up in the 2 or 3 spot.

I know Ethan has been sick for the past couple weeks and has not even been dressed. Im pretty certain that York was one of those games that he was not dressed.

 

I agree that he is one of those guys that you know you can trust with the ball, and is has a very dependable shot. I like the way that both him and the Simmons kid play. They both are very smart ball players. Neither one is a superstar, but both know how the game is supposed to be played, and they play very smart basketball.

 

Im just guessing that maybe Ethan was still feeling the effects of being sick. Maybe his conditioning is off just a bit? I would have liked to have seen more of him out there as well. Hopefully he will be ready to go next week.

I agree with you both beesfan23 and gatorbillmsu. Ethan is good ball player and has one of the best shots on the team. He can shoot with or better than some of those boys on the bees roster. Yea hes been out due to sickness so has Hamlet. They are both a key a key part to this organization at Upperman. Before Baxter got injured at Cannon co. this team was playing some really good basketball then after that Hamlet and Ethan got sick right before Baxter got back and that hurt the team even more. I think when the coach gets the team back to the way they were before all the injuries and sickness came like playing wise and starting rotation. This team will become better than they have seemed the past 2-3 weeks. Not saying anything bad about the players who filled the spots for these 3 but it jus seems the bees play alot better when they have the players that started out the season for them. They play more together as a team than they do now.

Who do yall think should get MVP? Freshman of the year? Defensive MVP? and everything else.

In my opinion, i think MVP should go to Lashay Davis at Upperman. Freshman of the year should go to Kayla Biles of Upperman as well. Defensive MVP thats a toss up.

dont know that many girls of other teams in this district to put on all district teams except #5 and #54 for la the point guard and post. don't know their names but they have done a good job as well this year.

didnt upperman have trouble with cannon with all of upperman's starters? or am i wrong.

Baxter and Ragland were the only ones back then. Hamlet and Christian didn't get back til york game

LA beat Upperman by 30 up at LA. Christian, Hamlet, Baxter, and Ragland were out that game. Now all 4 of them are back. does LA still beat Upperman by as much as they did up there or will it be closer or can Upperman upset them?

As a student and witness of what happened during and after the game. First, the York students threw a ball at some Upperman students before any Upperman students throw a ball into the York crowd. The ball the York students threw had a reference to the last York-Upperman football game, yes football and not basketball. The person that is being referred to as a York student who got jumped was actually a freshman from Tennessee Tech who had graduated from York last year. He decided to pick a fight with two Upperman students not six, only two. The York boys team did get into the mayhem, but I never saw any of the boys get into a fight with any Upperman students. The York coach had a great deal of trouble getting his boys out of it and into the locker room. While the Upperman boys went straight into the locker room after the game. From what I saw , the York students were looking for a fight. I never saw or heard of any adults hitting a student. The game was taped by WCTE of Cookeville, so everything that happened in the gym is on tape.

Who do you think will win this 7AA match up? Upperman beat Macon earlier in the season. If im not mistaking Upperman has 1 or a half a game lead on macon for second place in the 7AA standings

I can understand where you are coming from, being their fan but the coach was on the court and he was really upset yelling at the refs. His players where already off the court andthe coach was still yelling at the refs. All coaches know that this not allowed, they have a specific area they are supposed to be.

i do believe your wrong Uppermans coach was yelling at his players not the refs.

the boy that got jumped by six people wasn t even on the basketball team and the york players saw it and was going to try and help him out when they got jumped from behind by 30 year men

Oh well my bad. I jus saw a couple of the players dunno who they are but they got the crap beat out of them.

one kid from york got jumped by six people....thats sounds real fair and getting jumped and hit from behind thats real fair too

well if they would've went to the locker room then he wouldn't have got jumped and hit form behind.

From what I heard it was two Upperman football players on one of York's football players and two 30 year old men punched two different York basketball players. I would guess the 30 year old men might want to get representation. Upperman might want to keep their pep club from throwing objects into the crowds of visiting teams also. But atleast you guys won the fight.

Yorks student section shouldn't try and trip people from upperman they don't know cause they got beat the heck up hahahaha.

Yea true. To be honest idk why after York got done shaking Uppermans hands went over there to the crowd anyways they sjould've jus went to the locker room. cause therefore they got the heck beat out of them when they went over there

Are these boys healthy yet, because I was thinking that they will make a big difference when back in the line-up, which will make their record misleading.

not yet but they are close. they are supposed to og to the dr this week i thunk to see if they are healthy enough to get released.

yes. upperman is missing 2 starters. upperman lost to york and dekalb not macon
