Carter was hired as the baseball coach who just happens to have coached football for 16 yrs also...your right ..baseball will keep him there...why would he go just because of a coaching change....it's high school athletics..NOT COLLEGE

I agree with indian...complete restart of the school would do it good...rename...new colors..New macot (pounder ? = stupid mascot..it's not a real character)..give it some real community pride with new name..Harrison high..or NORTH HAMILTON..any thing but chatt central. ..the only central it is is in the central area of HARRISON.

He wins 2 games... based only on what is returning. . Central lost TOO MANY athletes this year...dark days (rebuilding) ahead for central...this was the year to do something and they produced nothing...it seems to me that no one at the place understands the importance of a playoff game. ..it's almost like it gets in the way of starting basketball season. BOTTOM LINE IS THIS..until the kids who are zoned for central start going there and Hamilton County quits with the HARDSHIPS..then central will continue to struggle in athletics..

Passive..I agree with you..give the guy a shot..he is one of the only coaches who actually WANTS THE JOB......it can't be any worse than the last 3 coaches. .Mallory. .Allen..And Montgomery. ..I know I've said some negative things. .but it's was all about the process...I think bloodsaw genuinely WANT the job...how he's got is a different story..lets see how he performs...before we ALL judge

well, i just heard....I have tried to tell you non -believers on here. But it is OFFICIAL. Mallory has RESIGNED at CENTRAL as of MONDAY Dec 1st. Told the administration. Now why hasn't it been released to the public, its been 4 DAYS. . Admin is probably scared of looking bad with the BLOODSAW debacle he has with the county school board. They need to just go ahead and get it out there so the pounder fan base can move on with the NEXT HEAD COACH ( 5 head coaches in 10 years).... (3 in the last 5 yrs)...but no worries .. Bloodsaw will not go ANYWHERE.. Central will be stuck with him TILL HIS RETIREMENT. Sad...sad...sad...

As he is bigDave..he's done a great job at Ringgold. .BUT...there will be no coach search..no search committee. ..probably not even a interview process...it will be HANDED OVER to Bloodsaw. .if you file a lawsuit cause you haven't been chosen in the past and win it (or have it settled out of court) then you are assured the job when it comes open. .. MY QUESTION...is it now gonna be possible to release him if he doesn't get the job done or will the school administration and county board be afraid that ANOTHER lawsuit will come..IS CENTRAL STUCK WITH BLOODSAW TILL HE RETIRES? Not a good situation

"Pounder1" As of Tuesday night there has been no resignation of coach. He is still there and tis is right. He has not resigned . So maybe there will not be a big pay out to someone. Coach Mallory is still there. I believe someone said before Thanksgiving. It did not happen. Happy Thanksgiving Guys. Just passing the news to u as it has been learned so far. If it happen this week then the AD doesn't know about it. Gary.....he's out bud..Give it till Christmas if that long.

Mallory is gonna tell them kids what ever they want to hear right now to save face because he is the asst wrestling coach. He's done. He has already told braswell and the AD and King...I just can't figure out why they haven't announced it yet, Unless they are wanting to treat it like last year and wait till after Christmas to start the process so the font have to work over the break. ...but hey...there will be no work to do...just hand the keys to Bloodsaw. 58..time will tell, but baseball district won't change with footballs....neither will basketballs...I do agree with you tho......what good is a A.D. if you need a commitee...maybe the administration doest want blame to fall directly on AD...maybe that's the purpose of committee..regardless. ..they have blown it in the past.
