baller, it is ridiculous for you to talk so bad about a player, why not simply just talk positivelly about the players that you think are deserving. One should not put raise someone by lowering someone else.
U r correct, let me apologize, because he is only a kid that is just playing the game, it is the coaches fault that he is not teaching him to play the low post.

One GWS is better than none.
You must be from Dickson Co. tell him to get his shot ready for tomorrow night, it's tourney time that when big time players show up!! He is the kid that don't play defense, and stand around outside the 3pt line, this is not Europe, he need to be in the paint he is 6'7" or taller 250lb my coach would have put him off the team playing outside the paint, how many pts do he have in the paint or rebounds block shots, this is y Middle Tennessee is not basketball country you have 6'7" or taller guys playing guard and 5'7" to 6'2" guys playing post. This was a great all district pick.

So what is everyone's predictions for tomorrow night??
Of course Clarksville and Northeast Better win, Springfield should beat Dickson Co. if Stanton can stay out of foul trouble and Johnson put up another 21 pts against them like back on Jan 29, Henry Co. and Rossview, If William Perry is on and he get a little help from Ethridge and Dumas I will say Henry Co.

I dont agree with Sneed from DCHS. It should have been Bell. Sneed has a tendency to be extremely lazy. Steadman Bell is more atheletic and a much better player.
Wow that lets me know whoever voted really didn't watch the games I have never seen a whole team make the all district team, and then some of these guys on this list should not be on it what did they do to help there team? I guess this is the new era of basketball. I think Springfield should of had two players on the list the Hyde kid averaged at least 3.5 shot blocks a game, or the Johnson kid who was the second leading scorer on the team and when they played Clarksville he also shut down Caldwell to 7pts.

Pretty good list, I would like to give Marcus Ethridge a nod on the all district team, He has been very consistant all season on the low post for Henry county.
Who is the other guy that put up big numbers with Perry I think he deserves to be on that list I never got his name?

Can't disagree with the assessment of Williams. Also Paris paper is saying HC will be playing Rossview at Rossview Fri night.
I yes I see that now I forgot that Dickson Co. and Henry Co. had a make up game where Henry Co. won, that made Henry Co. and Springfield tied in the district how did they determined the tie breaker, because they split the season series 1-1 but Henry Co. in the first matchup beat Springfield by 20, and Springfield only won by 7, but Springfield has a better record against the top teams beating Clarksville twice and Northeast once.

I agree. If Walker and Caldwell dont share the MVP, I will be very surprised. Both players have battled and led there teams to a identical record in district play. Primm could have possibly been in the mix had DC beat HC saturday but I hope the coaches do what is right and have Co-MVPs...How impressive will this be to have Tyrone Caldwell be a three time winner and probably could have been co-MVP with drake reed as a freshman. But this district looks to be bright with Williams, Childs at Rossview. Rudolph(nw) D. Smith(KW), and the best of the group could be Corey Stanton from Springfield. He was probably his teams best player as a freshman last year but was dominated by seniors.
I don't the kid from Kenwood should be on the list because I didn't see him on the floor enough he had alot of foul trouble, Northwest had a bad year so how can you list someone from that team.
The guys that I saw play held their title of the hype they deserve, Stanton, Walker, Caldwell, Primm, Perry. I can't wait for the tournaments this week because the best game will be Rossview vs Springfield at Rossview.

I agree with the thoughts on Williams. He was just too inconsistent this year. Does anybody have the district leaders in the major stats?
I know Stanton has the point avg but Walker have point total it was in the Tennessean last Wednesday 2/6/08.

All of these guys are great choices. What about Williams at Rossview?
Williams was not impressive as he was last year, I watched him play against Springfield and it look like he was not involved in the offense nor did I see him do anything on the defensive end, not putting the Johnson kid down who is a sophmore at Springfield but when you are a Junior you have to be more active in the team concept.

Im a AAU BB coach and I think it is a joke now, it helps kids get some college expose, but y do many teams play every week, hound kids to play for there programs, Alot of these coaches never played, some teams are in recruiting illegally, and they always get the best players from different teams instead of the area. Most of these guys don't understand the concept of running a college offense or a defense and that is what colleges look for how will he fit in my program, Yes, there are alot of people that play AAU but how many players off the team, not 1 player each year gets a scholarship, makes you think
