i believe it is a halls team rule. you don't have to sit out a quarter, you just don't start.

from my past knowledge, if you miss a practice, even a monday practice, yet alone every practice for that week, then you don't start that week. you still play, but just don't start.

passing game has. mcfalls did not practice once this week. thats why he did not start.

i heard we dont know if ben is out till today cause his third mono test is supposed to be in today. if he tests negative for mono he can play.

Word on the street is that Ben tested positive for mono in one test, and negative in one. If he plays or not depends on the result of the third test which will be in Wed.

kj is a good man, and that goes for all the coaches. i have the upmost respect for every single one on them.

i think we will complete some slants, turner had an open BJ over the middle last week but overthrew it. i look for slants and hitches to come this week once we build a lead. the first couple drives will probably be the same ol' same ol' just to get started off on the right foot. then i look for coach williams to open it up some. i think the starters will be out by the 3rd quarter at the latest. so this game is not only for trying to generate a pass game, it is also a game to get the younger more inexperienced guys some valuable playing time so that they know what it is like to play under the lights for the devils. good luck to both teams and here is to hoping for no injuries on both sides (knock on wood) with that said... 35-3 is my prediction

i think we might be able to credit coach kirby for that one. he runs the scout team D and often stacks 8 or 9 sometimes 10 people in the box and blitz all of them. during the week, he gets the o-line ready to face the odds that they will see in the game.

yes you did see coach ward on the sidelines, and i must say that trophy is nice to have on our side now

any develops for the team throughout the week? whats everyone's final prediction. i take halls by 4 if we can open the running game up just a little bit by passing. we dont even have to complete them, just plant the seed of the threat that we could.

i think the past 11 years dont really play a factor in the mindset once the game gets started. but the fear of 0-3 will. and after watching halls fight back in the second half last week makes me believe in this team even more. i still will go with halls but forget my earlier prediction, that was outlandish. i am gonna go 17-14 halls

i dont see how you get that seeing as how the coaches dont play... the coaches have got us in the right positions all be it with a few head scratching calls, but for the most part they have done good its all about the execution lets face it, we are 0-2 big deal, 2 games into a 10 game season. lets look at it this way, we are only 0-1 in the region, with a loss from maryville that we have had since about 2004 or so. so if you ask me, i think we are just fine at this point. lets wait and see where we are atleast have way through the season to start pointing fingers at people.
