I believe both will be headed to DII. No way ND will not grant a good Catholic family of 6 a discount just to stay in DI, that would go against the core of catholicism.unfortunately for you my little teepee dwellin frend.......1 maybe because they are buildin and growin at a crazy rate; 1 of us ant headed anywhere soon
Booger just sayin
As for the Christians they just spent a lot of money and they wont want to go back to mediocrity that fast. That coach from GA has them on some good future players.
In 2017 both of these schools plus Boyd, Silverdale and Grace will all be DII schools as all of them give multi student discounts to their paying families.
Oh and ND takes this one by 8.

Truth hurts. Check the visitor side around the 30 yard line toward the south endzone. Crab grass patches everywhere. It was a fast track though. Might want to let them weeds grow a little taller to keep Ooltewah from running by your Cramping Eagles next week.
I had to look up butt hurt in the dictionary to see if I might know you, but I didn't recognize you from your picture.

Good luck to the Eagles all that hard work will pay off.

There is one senerio that could make him eligible. If he boards. Doesn't that count as a change of address? He would receive his mail there.
That's what Baylor thought and tried but they found out that wasn't going to work. So he is playing JV.

I don't follow. I thought he was young; did he graduate last year? Where'd he sign with?
Ridgeland

true or false:only 29 players and 7 injured
true or false:biggest lineman is 240ish
just verifying or debunking info that was just told to me about SM

Yeah...sometimes it's parents that are
I've never seen a truer statement.
Signal has had several young men go to college on scholarship for football over the past few years. However most of those that went on quit after a year. Seems to me most were not ready for the commitment required on and off the field to play at the colege level. I applaud Coach Wise for trying to get these young men ready for whatever they move on to. There is no substitution for hard work and effort and the ones that realize this will be successful in whatever they do.
Good luck and congratulations to the ones that stick it out you are and will continue to be winners!

Boeck will be assisting at Soddy.
Oh I thought he was head coach. I went by their pratice and they were running the veer. Fear the Veer!!!
-
What about Boeck and Loyal? What are they doing now? I was told that both were asked to look around. Any truth to this or no?
Boeck is the head coach at Soddy.

Ready for some spring football and to see the difference Coach Wise will make with the Eagles.
I'm very encouraged by what I saw this spring and with the new assistant coming from FL I think we will continue to see improvement.
-
Naw, but crow ain't bad if ya got enough hot sauce and cold beverage.
Fried bird, hot sauce and cold beverage, I'm heading to Lamar's.
-
I hear FL.has some pretty good football players. Guess it's good we can now recruit down there with this hire.
-
Now that we have made a great hire for head coach lets move to the next question. When is the new turf field being installed?
-
FEAR the VEER.

It's happening!!!! It's really happening!!!!!!!!!!

Cannon County by at least 20. The only 7aa team that will most likely win is Bledsoe County. Smith County has a young, scrappy team, and started to come into their own towards the end of the season. I wouldn't count them out, or take them too lightly. Hopefully we see a 8aa sweep.
Signal without their two post players tonight is going to be way to much to overcome.
-
That's not entirely true. I offered Layla a position.
She is by far the most tallented Kiffin. She would be a great recruiting coordinator and position coach.
-
Troll is what brought in half of the applicants..................He is Signal Mountain Football!
Not sure about the half number but he's why Fulmer applied:) And hear Martin may be coming back to TN to take our recruiting coordinator position.

Does Tyner have any fans left on here or did they retire with all the old SM hosers?
It's always good to get Tyner early as they often hurt themselves with penalties, it takes them a couple of games to settle in. Tyner hasn't ever been a big threat to throw the ball and I suspect this year will be the same and SM has a pretty good run defense. I say SM 28-21. However, if CWT starts airing it out it could be a different outcome.

SM played ok with the exception of losing 4 fumbles. The one Eh returned for TD was a killer. Both teams should be better next week. Eh played hard they just got tired. They better both be ready to play next Friday or they will both lose. It was a sloppy but entertaining. Not sure they be able to play anymore with the new district alignment. sm took the firtst three games Eh won the next two and now Sm goes up 4-2 in overall series. I hope it continues.
I would say with the exception of the turnovers and the defensive backfield. We gave up way to many completions for far to many yards, 215 to be exact. Now are run D was stout only giving up 24 yards on 26 carries.
I think CBP needs to work hard on passing game and pass D this week. Oh and holding onto the ball
-
AC is on max hi. I thought I was going to cramp up walking to car.
-
Takeaways from tonight SM needs some serious work in secondary and kickoff and punt coverage. On offense we simply need to hold on to the the ball!!!
-
28-19 SM with 3:04 left
-
21-19 with 6:49 left. SM secondary is not looking good at all.

I still lurk on these boards I just don't post very often. I'm sure this rule will have some impact on public schools that allow ooz students to come there for a small fee (Alcoa). It could even impact Signal as Hamilton County allows Sequatchie kids to come to Signal if they live on the mountain for a fee, if this fee is ever waived for anyone that would put us in DII. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
