  1. Yes i still remember but that was sarah hugging her sister hannah was it not? i have tried to put it behind me lol.We always have a good game and i respect the girls .And that is all i say.

probably was, I tend to put my foot in my mouth a lot. Ive been showing FCS love, no worrys, most of Watertown respects FCS. We want to beat you worse than Notre Dame just beat Hawaii, but we do respect you all. I hate that some of us have to be petty when we get beat, but it is what it is. You Commanders have taught me that crow is an acquired taste, its gets easier to swallow after a while. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

  2. and about this running up the score crap, Some of yall are starting to sould like RBS fans, shut up. If the FCS starters would have played as much as they do in a close game they would have put up 100. They were on pace to, 22 points in 5 and half minutes then some young gals got to play. Seriously, do you think it makes Watertown look better when you get on here and make excuses and whine about this crap. Please, SHUT UP and play Basketball! Go Purple Tigers, no matter what gear your in.

  3. It could have been much more but coach teeter put the young girls in early to get some experience. Which shows a lot of class on her part.Because if the shoe was on the other foot dont believe they would have been as kind justIMO.

As long as John Mcneal is the AD there wont be many blowouts on any commander team. Except golf, sorry guys just gotta rub it in, theres two Watertown victories over the commanders. Too bad its just two lol, I didnt know Hardy Sorrels could play Bball like that though. Anyways, hats off to John Mcneal and all the FCS coaches, great programs and although we wanna beat ya worse than anyone else, Watertown respects FCS. At least most of us do.

  4. Everyone knows FCS does a little recruiting. I'm sure they arent the only ones in the state either.

Not Bradshaw, hes a pretty good guy. He coaches golf and Basketball and I know he doesnt do anything like that. If he did they would be a lot better, then we wouldnt have destroyed them in golf, (like anyone cares) i know. Just saying, Bradshaw dont recruit, and this is coming from a Watertown guy. Now as for the rest of the coaches...

  5. IMO the east vs west debate comes down to numbers. Much of west tn. is rural, where the students that are going to said school are born and raised within that schools boundries. Moving from one school to the next is not as easy as in other areas. Three great examples of this are Milan, Huntingdon, and Mckenzie. These rural areas are also void of any real industry to attract workers with athletes as children. What we have to offer is good country living almost totally devoid of outside distractions. These towns are still much like the town in Hoosiers, where buses are followed, towns still have pep rally's and the school and its athletics are still the biggest show. The stars and moons truly have to align with a great group of kids to be able to compete with more big market teams from the east and middle regions. With that being said I think that the move of Huntingdon down to 1A gives west tn. a very viable threat for a muti year champion in that division IF the talent level improves to levels of previous years in our small town I don't believe you'd find anyone who would argue with that . Our down cycles tend to last from two to three years. I also see Milan as being a legitimate threat to alcoa next year because they return some major components next year and when the get on a run they generally have a very good one that results in a championship or two. Mckenzie will be just as good in 2A as they were in 1A. They've had good jr. high teams the last few years that have eclipsed Huntingdon teams and thats a very good measuring point athletically in most years.

Too bad our football powerhouses come from rural areas too bro. TC has the entire county going there and there aint nobody home on friday nights. South Pitt also closes for game day, these towns do have pep rallies and believe me the whole towns follow these teams. In fact, almost all of region four is this way, even with FCS, he possumtowners are into their sports too. Watertown, Gordonsville, Monterey. Now, with the big schools, with an enrollment that large getting talent shouldnt be a problem, that just comes down to coaching. Sorry, but theres a big ol' in your theory there about rurality hurting ya. Plus, Rocky Top is the definition of rural, the west also gets Memphis and Nashville to play in their side of the brackets. For some reason from Murfreesboro east the football is just better than going the other way.

  6. Gentlemen, I don't like to draw attention to the less fortunate but, please excuse the village idiot. Please forgive us we have tried so hard to teach him to just be quiet and let people think he is stupid rather than he should open his mouth and remove all doubt. It is shameful to have been given so many hints but sadly nothing seems to work. I guess we will have to resort to..... CPR4u, Please be quiet. And if you post anymore please post on behalf of some school on the west side of Kansas or somewhere far far away that we know nothing about and they know nothing of us. You make us look really bad. You have never coached highschool ball and you... well never mind. Just please don't post anything else on behalf of the Devil Nation. Thank you in advance.

    bravo

  7. You probably did. I was the one in the Johnny Cash attire. /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> ("Man in Black") Our team shot the (51)

    We stumped our toe on one hole. I... 3-putted. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

Oh, so you played with one of our HPGC locals, I dont wanna put his name on here. I think you know who im talking about. Yep -21 is pretty stout anywhere.

  8. as you saw jb didn't make it there by luck. the score was not indicitive of how close the game was. it was 14-14 at the end of the third. if jb would have ran the ball earlier in the game it would have been 31-28. TC would have still won but it wouldn't have been by much.

You know, Watertown was tied with Trousdale at the end of the first quarter. So, we coulda won that game, they werent really better than us right. I mean IF we didnt allow 42 points in one quarter, we beat them. IF we would have ran the ball and whatnot. Oh yeah, they are cheaters too, because we lost they are cheaters. They are so classless too, they actually jumped up and celebrated winning, what classless jerks. If they were really good classy people they would have consoled us and cried in the locker room with us. Well wah wah wah, Im off this thread and never talking again.

  9. Well , what can I say that hasn't already been said. Congrats to you "Yellow Jackets" Total TEAM effort this yr by all /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> . Coach, just let me know, & I'll play with ya..

JB. I can't give you enough props. Coach Adkins has got something special going on. IMO team never gave up /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> be proud of that "Silver Ball" not to many can say they've been to the Big Show.. JB fans, Look foward to next yr. with all those returning, you should be in play again this time next yr.

Yall gonna play up at hunters point again?

  10. time for me to eat some crow, this was no blowout by any means. Jo Byrnes is a great football team who played well tonight, just didnt have enough. Sorry for doubting yall. congrats to TC on the win from Watertown. Way to represent the region. It makes it nice to know we got knocked out by the state champs.

  11. i doubt that tc will win b/c my bro and all the guys on the team are more deticated then ever!!!! and bsides that its just the fact that our guys will play there hardest and give it all they got they WONT quit they give it everything they have. and thats all that matters 2 us b/c we know they are deticated enough and if they give it all they have we will be proud of them no matter what the score comes out 2 me!!!! I DOUBT IF WE LOSE IT WILL B THAT MUCH. they will give itall they have so it dont matter b/c we know what they need 2 win and they have it!!!!!

so... your implying that everyone else TC played quit and didnt want to win?

  12. your source was very in accurate it was jobyrns with 5 scores and watertown with 1 score /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

    i was there and i watched all of it sorry pal /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

i m think our seconds scored 2 times.

I was there too, but I dont really remember it. A watertown player told me today it was 5 to 4, but that prob aint right. Yeah, Cascade did dominate Watertown. All yall are talking about where to eat. Toots has great food, so does Cocunut Bay Cafe, and there is a great burger joint called Fat Mo's . All the watertown boys are headed to hooters.

  13. He changes coordinators about as often as a TC fan changes his underwear, so it's no wonder he can't build a relationship with them.... /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" /> /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />

lol, It looks like all that talent they have on D and with Mario Fannin and Kodi Burns is gonna be wasted on rebuilding the program. Shame, Im really sad the iron bowl streak is over, but ill have to get over it.

Oh and by the way, I checked, the Watertown Jo Byrnes scrimmage was won by Jo Byrnes, but it was 5 scores to 4. Not that that matters.

  14. heard the fired Tubberville today

They did, he was a pretty darn good coach but he couldnt get along with his coordinators. I hope to see more of the smashmouth I team instead of this Tony Franklin system. The systems great for teams with the personell to use it, not for a team with four terrific running backs and a running quarterback. I bet Auburn could run Creasy's wing T well. Maybe they'll hire him /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

  15. he could play somewhere, but his stats aren't as good as a bigger schools kicker, just because some of those games rely on kicks for the win. that is where the other poster is right. i forgot the young man's name but look up the kicker that played for brentwood academy a couple years ago and went on to be the kicker for Auburn.

    it was john vaughn

  16. yeah. and elephants have the ability to defy gravity and instantly teleport to water.

So you dont believe me, TC could have scored every time they touched the ball in that game. In fact, in the second game with Watertown in the 2nd round of the playoffs. The TC team you are going to play, not the 05 team, put up 42 points in the 2nd quarter. If they continued to score like that for all four quarters, they would have scored 168 on one of the top 15 teams in the state. Yet, you dont believe me when I say that a team that most would agree is better than this years team could have beaten an RBS team that didnt even make TC's starters break a sweat by 250+. You scoff, I'm guessing you major in eligibility.

  17. no excuses here ,want be no excuses later. if jbs gives it their all and leaves it all on the field who needs to make excuses. i just wonder what excuse will be used if jbs does win. think on it make sure its logical get ready to post it. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

TC makes no excuses bro, but they are called cheaters quite a bit.
