york will get dominated in this one. this will be the first team york has played all year thats even worth talking about. the west is usually weak but as stated earlier this could be the easiest team milan has faced in the playoffs

Looks like the boys made the right choice. I bet they had a better time with their girlfriends than having to listen to a half-wit and losing game after game. York finishes last in the district with a 2-10 district record. Made the right choice ha you can be locked up with a stupid girl for the rest of your life. your only in high school once and if you love the game you'll still play no matter what. and the middle infield is not what has hurt york it has been the outfield making costly errors. not saying york would have beat upperman but they did just lose to them 1-0 with 4 starters out. also they have lost many games by 2 runs or fewer.

Plus members have done so well in editing games that we decided that you should be able to delete games, also, so that you won't have to wait for me each time in order to completely correct your team's schedule.

 

When you delete a game you will be taken to an error page. That is normal. The error shows because the page tries to go back to the game you were editing and, since you just deleted it, it can't find that page. Just use your back button to leave the error page and return to your schedule.

York has a veteran team, but will their talent finally produce wins?

This is very true if i remember correctly York is returning all 9 starters from last season. If they are to ever make a run at a district title this might be their year. but then again upperman and dekalb are strong programs year in and year out.

not true, bands are bands no matter what. sports or not they are still needed for certain musicly talented kids

Polk County will be competing at Seymour on October 4th, Alcoa on October 26th as well as Sequoyah on October 26th. . Busy Day!!! We are also hosting a band competition on October 11th at Larry Davis Fotoball Complex at Polk County HIgh School. A beautiful place for a competition. All small bands are invited. I coach an allstar co-ed cheer squad and have football & basketball players that stunt. These guys are the best for this because they are use to the workouts and dedication that co-ed cheerleading requires. But if you want to know if it is hard and a work out ask one of my guys a month before nationals after they have practiced 6-8 hours a week not throwing balls or shooting hoops but lifting girls over thier heads for two hours of practice. They only have one shot to get it right and don't have quarters or halfs to correct the score. Bet you wouldn't last a week, want to put your body where your mouth is... I always have a spot for a new All-Star... /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

 

PS - Cheerleaders is kind of old school we call them All-Stars.....

question my guy hood. maybe you need to think before you write and read what i wrote i was defending those girls saying it was a sport. i know cheerleading is a hard SPORT. they work just as hard as any other SPORT there is. and for you being a cheerleading coach congrats what do you want a cookie.

Monterey had a good plan, just not enough depth to execute it. Good to see the long field goal, might come in handy down the road. Good to see the second string play as hard as they did. Second string got the TD and York had a lot of starters still on D. Good to see no turnovers. If Monterey can start executing the passing game and not blow coverages, we will be alright. Let's go seniors, need some leadership. Now comes the region schedule. Still 1-0 in region play.

a good game plan? speed sweep to the right speed sweep to the left. REPEAT. york only had one starter in on d when they scored and i believe that is just because they didn't have enough linebackers to play. last i checked an interception is still a turnover and what about the turnovers on loss of downs.

I guess news travel fast, we will play our first home game on the field tomorrow weather permitting, its dimension is 115X75, the parents and the players worked on the field all summer long, we still have some challenges, but for the first year we are extremely greatful and proud of the new field.
