  1. As far as your concerned Alcoa's run is over. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> You better hope they show up because if they don't it will get ugly quick.

Believe me when i say this... LEGACY over Alcoa... Milan will win 10... 24-14...

  2. I do believe Milan willl be ready to go.. having everyone back for this game.. After last week i do believe Milan has there head on straight... and for people telling Milan to start playin like they are 12-0 well I do believe they will play like it friday and i also believe JCS will have the best week of practice all season long only leaving this game to be one of the best played games in west Tn.. but i will give this one to Milan... 35 to 28

  3. Maybe if Milan is fortunate enough to play in 15th game you will finally understand what everyone is telling you. Milan is a very good 2A team but Alcoa is on its own level that the rest of 2A simply can not attain. Just stand down Milan fans so you don't embarass yourselves any further, because the comments you make are honestly obnoxious, if you all were just pompous jerks who flaunted your teams accolades that would be one thing, but you all seem to be ignorant of the world of 2A football around you and that is simply abhorrent. Milan fans I hope everyone on here plans to mock an harass you as much as I do after you loose, to remind you of how out of touch you are.

Ill let yall know a little something... Milan does not care how good alcoa is... Milan will play them just like they do everyone else and i strongly believe Milan will beat alcoa this year in the ship... i play for them so i know what its about... WE DONT CARE HOW GOOD YOU ARE WERE GONNA HIT YOU IN THE THROAT!! we will be seeing yall December 5!!

  4. Milan has yet to play the best of their ability... seems like they always play better in the play-offs.. i know everyone is gonna read this and say well why havent they got a gold ball in the past ten years but thats alright... there arent to many teams that make it farther than Milan in the play-offs.. but i can promise you that if USJ steps on the same field as Milan in November that it wont be near as close as the regular season and that goes for JCS as well.

  5. onesixes, you may should buy a power ball ticket. I've seen scores accurately predicted before, but not scores like 56-6.

    Im not old enought to buy a powerball ticket lol /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

  6. Im thinkin Milan wins this game 56 to 6.. Dresden always seems to score on everyones 3rd string so ill give them 6 for effort... It wouldnt surprise me to see Dresden try to play a little dirty cause i mean there starting QB at the time is a member of this Milan team now

  7. My first objective was to get on here and talk about how good of a game the USJ vs JCS game was... but i get on here and read things talkin bad about my Milan boys and bashing head man Morris... well jcs should have won but mistakes cost them... but when it comes to the play-offs i believe milan will be a step above and i pray they play USJ again... Milan is familiar with the play-offs as for USJ has not been there in awhile... Cant wait to see that match-up again!!

  8. The extra day of rest and fall break weekend seems to come at a convenient time for the Bulldogs.

Got to get the injured guys healthy and back over the next two weeks.

Coach Morris sums it up in today's paper: "We've got work to do and things we need to improve on. But we need a little rest right now, and we're going to get some and enjoy it and come back to start getting better as a team."

IMO, here are some things Milan can work on:

-Pass defense. The Bulldogs gave up a combined 795 passing yards to USJ and JCS. Granted, those are two very talented quarterbacks and Milan won both games. But I figure they will have to stop the pass at some point in the playoffs to advance.

-Penalties. Milan has been penalized 46 times for 371 yards. That's 46.4 ypg, but the 'Dogs have been penalized more than their opponents in six of eight games. A good number of those have been holding calls that impact offensive possessions.

-Motivation. A local college coach has used "passion" and "enthusiasm" as key words for his team this season. It's this idea of giving your best effort on every play. Milan should finish the regular season undefeated. Then what? That's up to the players. I'd like to see the Bulldog seniors take a commanding leadership role, as well as a serious approach to practice and the games.

But, there's a lot of things Milan has done well this season. The running game is obviously very strong, but Justin and his receivers have done a tremendous job. The run defense has been solid. It seems like the coaches have put together a great game plan every week.

Let's take it one week at a time. Dresden is up next, and they have a young team but have shown some progress this season.

I dont think anyone could have said that better lol great post and i couldnt agree more.. Just hope the seniors do step up and help this Milan team take things beyond 3 or 4 rounds of the play-offs and make it to the game everyone wants to see... Alcoa vs. Milan man that just sounds like the game of the year!!
