You are geting it all wrong i didn't mean it that way, every one bashes him all the time saying " we have no post" LOL i'm sick of it because he's one of the best post in east tn, and someday could be the best.

share the ball is all i'm saying, and you said he dosen't work hard enough huh? well when hampton plays at Happy Valley this week just watch and count if you can, how many times he post up and has good position to the goal , you will also see how many times the ball gets past back out .

the east is pretty weak so i can see Hampton or Cloudland make it if they fare well in the district and regoinals and get a sub state game at home.

As far as I see it on the Post situation, Why would he even want to play? I mean you have the two guards scoring over 85% of the Bulldogs points, Not to mention shooting only about 20% in doing that LoL! I over heard some people say "If I were Hill I'd be mad, they don't get the post the ball". If a Key player is injured or had a previous injury flaring up then you do not want to risk getting them hurt worse. He's only a sophmore, but yet he's getting pounded by everyone on here. Somthing I'd like to say is Let this team grow, eventually those guards I mentioned will get to a game,"maybe in the tournament" and they will try their way of taking it inside and not using a BIG God given talented 6'6'' player on the inside. well they will take it up and be denied. Any good defensive team can shut us down. Just stop those two guards. LOL With this team playing the way they are it dosen't look any fun. and if you have played any sport you'd know "IT HAS TO BE FUN! Maybe just maybe they will grow with the team and as a team someday. I hope so for if not, total loss of what could of been will never be"! God bless and Go Dogs!

In Single A Mens Basketball, Who do you "the fan" like in a top 10 poll?

I honestly believe that the Bulldogs will win their conference, followed by Cloudland and Unaka in third. I dont see any of the single A schools in their conference beating Hampton @ Hampton, and of course beating UH was a big win early in the season. If we can Beat the "Home Cooking" and North Greene on Thursday it would be big also. - Go Bulldogs!!!

I can see them going sub-state, From what I hear there isn't really any single A teams outside of grace that anyone could compare to Unicoi or Johnson County,"I don't know much about the west but i'm suyre manassas is good",But so far they are undefeated against single A schools. I for one can't wait for play-off time. It will be very interesting to see how this Hampton team matures in the last 11 regular season games. Go Bullldogs!!!

At 9-8 this seasons young dogs are looking great at times and ok at times, what are the predictions for the upcoming games, the rest of the season, and the next two seasons?

It cuts deeper when they accuse you of being from Happy Valley! LOL

I think this will be a great game for the Bulldogs. But you just have to remember we are only sophmore's mainly so every game they are growing.

Ward did very well, I think he carried them the whole game. Jones did really well also. It's good to get that win with hurt people on the bench. All my point was to use the post players. I mean we have a guy who's on the team that is a 6'6'' sophmore. I'd like to say sorry once agian if i offended anybody or the Hampton program. I was just posting my thought's and opinion's which sometimes I guess could be better kept to myself. I would also like to say though, When it comes to Hampton Football and Basketball I can consider myself the bigest fan and only want the best for the Hampton programs. I like and respect Coach White you would be on the slow side to not respect a man of his stature. Go Bulldogs

You are crazy. No body said anything about taking the guards out!? Discipline is what the team needs. Coach White is catching on they did take Hughes out and talk to him about his mistake maybe if they did this more often it would make for a beter all around ball team. I thought they did a good job last night coaching. And TRUST ME I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO SEE'S WHAT I SEE!

You can't just rely on the gaurds to win games. If they go on the inside to thier BIGS it will help them get better shots. I'd like them to get double figures don't get me wrong, BUT I just hope they don't go 10 of 30 to get it. Go Bulldogs!!!

Coming off a loss to an extremly talented Unicoi County, The (4-2) Hampton Bulldogs will travel to neighboring University High to take on the Jr. Bucs in Johnson City. Hampton will be fired up and hungry for a win, and University School you can bet will be ready for a showdown. This should be fun to watch as what almost always promises to be an exciting down to the wire game. What is your take on the game?
