What's going to happen this time around?

Corpeio who? Who is that? Oh yeah, I forgot..

I thought he was supposed to be a man amongst boys.

This was a great game. Grundy came out with alot of passion, and jumped out to a big lead. Some posted earlier that Grundy shot 95% in the first half, well alot of it had to do with Marion not getting back on defense.

 

I thought Grundy outplayed Marion, but jus made some mistakes down the stretch.

 

Teddy absolutly put the team on his back. He simply refused to lose. Corp hit a huge three late in the forth and Cody did many things that might not show up on the stat sheet.

 

I thought Grundy did all the right things. The defense put alot of pressure on Marion and they really tried to keep the ball out of Codys hands. Grundy kelp it a low scoring game which is exactly what they needed to do. I thought Hamp and Kreh played huge for us.

 

I hope the next game is as exciting as the first was.

Great game. Without Guyer Marion would have lost.

Two tough teams..

If Grundy doesn't show up it will be ugly,

If Marion doesn't show up it will be ugly.

Plus, Grundy always plays Marion best in Coalmont.

Bottom line is that Cody was the only one that showed up last night. Howard had no answer for him and the ball should have gone through him on every single posession, which it didn't. Very very stagnant offense in the second half last night and Howard pulled away when they started running and we weren't getting back on defense. Some other players played intimidated last night, way to many turnovers and there is still an attitude problem that if a certain player isn't getting his, he does nothing to help the team defensively. Corpio played well on D as always, and this was a winnable game that got away in the second half. Way to many out of control shots instead of running the offense through a 6'8 big man and making howard do something they hadn't done all night............stop him. Keep your heads up guys, now you know how much you need to improve and where you stand.

Will Marion get this all straightened out?

I'm kinda thinking Marion will win by more the 15.

Grundy won by 19 points, they had it at 27 at one point. It was 20-4 at the end of the 1st.

he just put up around 15 on cook hill and i dont knowname but number 32 all over him the whole game. full court most of the game. i havent seen grundy play but i dont think they are as good defensively as the guys i just named. but shutting him down isnt going to be the only problem. there are 4 other guys on the floor...and they all can fill it up. im predicting a good, hard fought game by both teams.

I think the game will go into double overtime and a team will hit a three to win it.

I feel like I am in pretty good shape on indoor and daytime equipment but still am looking for a night-time (football under the lights) solution. Not sure what I have will do much good.
