Sorry about that Warhawk...I did not mean to disrespect Lawrence County at all. They are a good team. I'm still kind of brain dead from last night.
No problem, I have been there a time or two myself. All 3 of these teams are very good and should represent this district fine.
Good luck to all 3 of the remaining teams.

Who am I picking in the next game? Too close to call. If you come watch it you better bring your "nervous medicine". Either way it has been a great representation of 8AAA softball.
Well Lincoln has to get by a pretty good Lawrence County team before you go picking who wins between Licoln and CC.

Well I will toot my own daughters horn. Tiffany Hibbs from Goodpasture is the most decorated catcher in the state with 4 high school state championships and a ASA national championship.
Our daughters played against each other alot when they were younger in travel ball. Tiffany did a great job. Has she signed any where yet and if so where. Good luck with the rest of your season.

Back almost a month ago CC was playing the best they had all year too. In 4 games they had outscored
their opponents 40-2. Then here comes Lincoln County. So I guess instead of saying there is "NO STOPPING US NOW", maybe you should have said there is no stopping us now until we play Lincoln County again. Now with that being said CC is probably the best team top to bottom in 8 AAA, but Lincoln County is a good team that is very capable of winning this district. They have beat you not once but twice this year and could very well do it again come tournament time.
Good luck to all the teams in district 8AAA come tournament time.

Allison Blackwood from Lawrence County and she has signed with Cumberland University.

Tonight there is a big district 8 AAA contest between Lawrence Co. and Lincoln Co. any thoughts?

Just wandering where you put Lawrence County. Since you don't have them in the top 10 where do you have them? They are currently 13-3 and playing pretty good defense to go with real good pitching. Just wandering. Glad to see you back on here MrNoitAll

I know it sounds crazy but my computer has been down. we have had two bumps and they just happen to be against Lincoln, remember last year we came in second during the season and won the tournament, that is when it counts!! Terry will have us ready, we will win the District again!!!!! Cream will rise to the top!!!!
Good luck I wish your team well.

Been sick for 2 weeks but I did the game yesterday and we did not play well. As I said on the broadcast yesterday Lincoln Co. was impressive in the win. They only had 2 hits but got it done in other ways. Very good win and puts Lincoln Co. in the driver's seat. By the way I did report on the game this morning on the radio, just now got a chance to be on coacht. Hope your happy tball I'm here to please.
We if my calculation is right as it sits right now this actually puts Lawrence Co. in the drivers seat.

why are people surprised about this win. Lincoln County is a very good team this year and has already beat CC once .

I too enjoyed his post last year. I thought they were entertaining and kept this board going. I have missed his weekly picks and I too hope he is doing well and I hope to see him on here making his weekly picks real soon.

Does anyone have a list of teams that are playing in this tournament, and when will the schedule be posted?
-
I was told that it was not cancelled but that it was postponed until Friday 3/6/09. Is this correct and if so can someone post a new schedule. Thanks.
