  1. no; the keeper missed the initial shot; the rebound was banged around and he dove on the ball and right when he got there the players foot got there; it was not intentional or dirty; just good hard soccer; also the keep has lost his stepmom over the weekend, so keep him in your prayers

Ok, thanks for the clarification! And i willmost definetly keep him in my thoughts and prayers.

  2. keeper has a concussion; and how can the goal count; he had the rebound in his hands and got kicked in the face; do we not protect the keeper

that is the sevier county keeper referred to above

from what i have been told the ball hit the keeper in the face, not a foot.

  4. Jsteele, most of your post seem to concern SD. So I assume you are either a fan or player, i'd wait until the game is played before you talk. Farragut needs no reason to be more highly motivated for your match and you are doing your team no favors right now. Good luck in the match and you can certainly ignore my advice, but my experience is that less talking is usually the best choice.

    I appreciate the advice friend.

  5. Seymour doesnt deserve to be anywhere 9th after what happened against Bearden friday night.

I dont see how South Doyle is not a team to watch atleast, since they beat karns in a scrimmage 3-1, and beat seymour last year.

  6. 5-0 farragut is my prediction

That is not going to happen. South Doyle is going to give Farragut a very tough game and they are expecting at the very least a draw and hope for a win, and i dont know if they will dominate anything but look for them to do well and to come back even stronger next year.

  7. I hadn't ever heard of him until I went to McCallie and saw him run the mile. What did he run like a 4:16? Is he the best miler in the state (not just in D2)?

Dalton Read and Christain Brewer from south doyle high school could give him a tough race.

  8. West has alot of potential this year, I know they lost alot of great players but i would look for them to have a good season.

Make sure you keep an eye on South Doyles team this year, they have alot of potential and could have a great season, and SD beat karns in a scrimmage 3-1 last week. SD has quite a few talented freshmen that will have steller years in the future.

Catholic is always a powerhouse and I would look at them to possibly give Farragut a very tough game.
